Official Rules

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification. In the event that a Jackpot Winner is not a Club Member, once they sign up for a Club Sycuan card, they will be enrolled in the promotion, and can then begin earning additional entries.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3. “Jackpot Winner FREEplay Frenzy” is open to Club Sycuan members who win a minimum Slot Machine jackpot of $1,200 within the qualifying period.

4. The qualifying periods are as follows:
a. Sunday, May 25 – Saturday, June 28: FREEplay Frenzy Day on June 29
b. Sunday, June 29 – Saturday, July 26: FREEplay Frenzy Day on July 27
c. Sunday, July 27 – Saturday, August 30: FREEplay Frenzy Day on August 31
d. Sunday, August 31 – Saturday, September 27: FREEplay Frenzy Day on September 28
e. Sunday, September 28 – Saturday, October 25: FREEplay Frenzy Day on October 26
f. Sunday, October 26 – Saturday, November 29: FREEplay Frenzy Day on November 30
g. Sunday, November 30 – Saturday, December 27 FREEplay Frenzy Day on December 28

5. Club Sycuan members who have qualified can swipe their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk once on the last Sunday of the month (FREEplay Frenzy Day) starting at 11:30am. Club Sycuan members will receive twenty (20) electronic drawing entries into the corresponding FREEplay Frenzy Day drawings.

6. Printed drawing entries are not necessary for this promotion.

7. Slots, Table Games, Poker and Bingo participants can earn one (1) additional entry into that month’s FREEplay Frenzy Day drawings for every twenty-five (25) points earned while using their Club Sycuan card.

8. The number of additional entries issued is calculated from that day’s tracked play from 11:30am through 4:30pm. Qualification times for promotional entries are based on the removal time of a Club Sycuan Card from a gaming machine or when play time ends at the tables.

9. FREEplay Frenzy Day drawings will take place every half hour from 12:30am-4:30pm. The promotion will close on the kiosks at 4:30pm.

10. FREEplay Frenzy Day drawings will be conducted as follows:

a. Five (5) Winners will receive $100 in FREEplay each during the 12:30pm – 4:00pm drawings.
b. At 4:30pm, two (2) winners will receive $1,000 in FREEplay each.

11. Participants can win during the FREEplay Frenzy drawings once every half-hour.

12. FREEplay Frenzy Day drawings can be replaced with a FREEplay Frenzy Day slot tournament, at Sycuan management’s discretion.

a. The slot tournament round will be held on the last Sunday of every month, except for the month of December, from 10:30am – 5:00pm. Sessions will start every 10 minutes. The last session will take place at 5:00pm. Additional sessions may be added if needed, at Sycuan management’s discretion.

b. Club Sycuan members who have qualified to participate can swipe their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk once on the last Sunday of the month starting at 9:30am to receive their slot tournament voucher. Sessions will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Participants can only participate once per promotion day.

c. Slot tournament seats will be randomly assigned. Participants must check in at the slot tournament area and provide their Club Sycuan card.

d. The slot tournament will be played on available TournEvent slot machines. During the session times, the machines will be switched over to Tournament mode and will not accept or dispense any cash, tokens, or tickets. They will not be interfaced or connected to the OASIS Slot Data System in any manner, and no promotional points will be earned. Credits earned will not be counted towards Club Sycuan status or the Club Sycuan member’s Power Boost Bonus.

e. Each session will last three (3) minutes. Participants will play in one (1) session to determine their score. Each participant must play their machine continuously during their session.

f. In the event a machine malfunctions during a session, it is the responsibility of the participant to bring it to the attention of a promotional representative. If the malfunction is verified, the participant playing the machine will be allowed to play again in a later round of the tournament, if space is available.

g. A minimum of two (2) people must play per session. The participant with the highest score in each session will receive $100 in FREEplay. In the event of a tie, the participants will split the FREEplay prize evenly.

h. All Club Sycuan members who receive a slot tournament voucher will also receive one (1) electronic entry into the FREEplay Frenzy Day Grand Finale drawing. Slots, Table Games, Poker and Bingo participants can earn one (1) additional entry into the FREEplay Frenzy Day Grand Finale drawing for every five-hundred (500) points earned. No printed entries will be issued to participants.

i. The number of additional entries issued is calculated from that day’s tracked play from 9:30am – 5:00pm. Qualification times for promotional entries are based on the removal time of a Club Sycuan Card from a gaming machine or when play time ends at the tables.

j. The FREEplay Frenzy Day Grand Finale drawing will take place after 7:00pm on the last Sunday of every month. Two (2) winners will be drawn, each winning $1,000 in FREEplay.

k. The FREEplay Frenzy promotion will close on the kiosks at 5pm.

13. FREEplay won during this promotion will not expire. All FREEplay prizes will be automatically placed on the winner’s account. No printed tickets or receipts will be issued to winners.

14. Slot FREEplay won in this promotion can only be used on slot machines and cannot be exchanged for Table Games FREEplay Chips.

15. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks for entries will be issued during this time.

16. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

17. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

18. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission or the Sycuan Tribe, as well as Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

19. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

20. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

21. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

22. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
