1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3. To participate, Club Sycuan members can play Baccarat beginning Thursday, January 1 at 12:01AM through Thursday, December 31 at 11:59PM.

4. Participants must have a minimum of twelve (12) hours of play and a minimum average bet of $25 to qualify.

5. Participants must provide their Club Sycuan card to a Table Games dealer to get clocked in and record time played and average bet.

6. Participants who have played twelve (12) hours, with an average bet of $25 or more, will have their average bet matched with the total being rounded up or down to the nearest $25 increment. For example, a participant who plays twelve (12) hours, with an average bet of $40.00 will receive $50.00 in FREEplay Chips.

7. There is a maximum amount of $5,000 per twelve (12) hours that a participant can earn.

8. Participants must be clocked out after they reach the twelve (12) hour qualification in order to receive the FREEplay Chips offer.

9. FREEplay Chips offers will be loaded to guest accounts. Offers will be pushed every ten (10) minutes from the top of each hour.

10. Offers will expire seven (7) days from when the offer is loaded. No printed tickets or receipts will be issued.

11. Participants with no gaming activity in Baccarat within 72 hours of last play will have to start the twelve (12) hours over.

12. Once a Participant qualifies they must redeem their FREEplay Chips at the Cage before starting the new twelve (12) hour qualification period.

1. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks for entries will be issued during this time.
i. A member of Sycuan’s Management team will take the appropriate steps to find a resolution within a reasonable amount of time from event or promotion start time. Should a resolution not be possible via internal channels, a decision to cancel or further delay the event or promotion will be made between a Property Shift Manager and a member of Sycuan’s management.
ii. Promotions involving cash that may result in denied payment due to technical difficulties or ineligibility will be escalated to a Property Shift Manager. Depending on the circumstances of the situation and compliance with these Official Rules and Sycuan policy, the Property Shift Manager will make a final decision on course of action.

2. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $2,000 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.
3. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

4. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

5. Sycuan Tribal Members, Tribal Members Spouses and Employee Spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
i. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

6. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

7. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

8. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

9. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
