VALOR SUNDAYS

1. This promotion is open to current Club Sycuan Valor members only. Guests who are not Club Sycuan Valor members that would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3. Qualified Club Sycuan Valor members will receive a weekly FREEplay offer, viewable in their monthly mailer.
a. Offers will be determined before the start of each month.
b. FREEplay offers during this promotion are valid Sundays from 6AM-11:59PM.
c. FREEplay offers can be Slot or Table Games, contingent with the Club Sycuan members monthly mailer offers.

4. Each Sunday from 6:00am – 11:59pm, eligible participants may also swipe their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk to participate in the “Valor Sundays Dining Offer” at any Club Sycuan kiosk. Once swiped, participants will select the “Valor Sundays Dining Offer” button to receive one (1) offer of their choice. Options will include:
a. Free appetizer with the purchase of an entrée at Viewpoint Neighborhood Kitchen.
b. Free appetizer with the purchase of an entrée at Rank & File.
c. Free Grande House Coffee at Starbucks.

5. Dining offers will automatically be placed on participant accounts at the time of selection and are valid during the Sunday in which the guest participated through the following Monday, during food venue hours of operation, as listed below:
a. Viewpoint Neighborhood Kitchen – 8AM-10PM
b. Rank & File – Noon-Midnight
c. Starbucks – 6AM-10PM

6. Club Sycuan Valor members can participate in the “Valor Sundays Dining Offer” promotion once each Sunday.

7. “Valor Sundays Dining Offer” is non-transferable, non-negotiable and subject to availability and cannot be combined with any other offers and must be redeemed in person for dine-in only at Sycuan Casino Resort. Participant must provide Club Sycuan card and current government-issued photo identification at the time of redemption.

1. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks for entries will be issued during this time.
a. A member of Sycuan’s Management team will take the appropriate steps to find a resolution within a reasonable amount of time from event or promotion start time. Should a resolution not be possible via internal channels, a decision to cancel or further delay the event or promotion will be made between a Property Shift Manager and a member of Sycuan’s management.
b. Promotions involving cash that may result in denied payment due to technical difficulties or ineligibility will be escalated to a Property Shift Manager. Depending on the circumstances of the situation and compliance with these Official Rules and Sycuan policy, the Property Shift Manager will make a final decision on course of action.

2. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $2,000 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.
3. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

4. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

5. Sycuan Tribal Members, Tribal Members Spouses and Employee Spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
a. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

6. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

7. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

8. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

9. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
