FOOTBALL FEVER

1. Players must be 21 years of age or older to participate in this promotion.

2. Players may participate in Poker’s “Football Fever” promotion by actively playing in any jackpot eligible Poker game.

3. Poker’s “Football Fever” promotion will run each week during the National Football League’s (NFL) regular season schedule on poker management discretion.

4. At the Poker Manager’s discretion, selected games outlined in Rule 3 may be switched or
scheduled to run outside of the specified parameters to accommodate for
certain circumstances including but not limited to the following:
a. The NFL makes minor or major modifications, adjustments to the regular season schedule
b. Game cancellations
c. Untelevised games
d. Flex Games
e. Games added to the schedule.
f. Holidays
g. In the event of a Football game occurring during Poker’s regularly scheduled
Promotion or jackpot bonus may be postponed at the start of the game or games until
immediately after the conclusion of the last football game of that day.
h. Football Fever promotions will generally be conducted on Thursday, Sundays, and Mondays from 1:00pm to 11:00pm during the NFL season. Additional promotional sessions may be offered on any day where an official NFL game is scheduled. Poker Management reserves the right to modify the promotional schedule at its sole discretion.
5. A “cash splash” is money added to the main pot by the house before a hand begins.

6. The promotion will be conducted in thirty-minute (1/2 Hour) sessions. The number of tables will be based on the total number of live cash games in play at the time of the promotion. Table selection will be as follows:
1 to 3 games in play: 1 table
4 to 6 games in play: 2 tables
7 to 9 games in play: 3 tables
10 to 12 games in pay: 4 tables
13 to 15 games in play: 5 tables
16 to 18 games in play: 6 tables
19 to 21 games in play: 7 tables

7. The selection will be made electronically through the approved system or manually by drawing table numbers from physical cards located at the poker desk.

8. A poker representative will spin the wheel and when it comes to a complete stop – the one (1) space that the ticker occupies will determine the one (1) cash splash prize. The wheel must make at least two (2) full revolutions to be considered official. The thirty-six (36) prize spaces consist of the following:
(12) $30.00 spaces
(12) $40.00 spaces
(5) $50.00 spaces
(6) $60.00 spaces
(1) Times 2 (X2)

9. Tables may be selected multiple times during the promotion; however, a table may not be selected more than once within the same half-hour promotional period.

10. Bonus spins will be at Kickoff, Start of the 3rd quarter and end of game for the football game poker management will choose to be the televised game.

11. In the event of technical difficulties, the bonus will run only if regular game updates can be obtained by some other method at the Poker Manager’s discretion.

12. A player must be jackpot eligible at the time that the cash splash gets to the table.

13. A player not jackpot eligible will not be dealt in during the cash splash hand.

14. A player is considered jackpot eligible only if they meet all current Sycuan Poker room eligibility requirements, including minimum player count, minimum buy-in, posted promotional requirements, and any other applicable Poker Room policies in effect at the time of the hand.

15. In the event of a Poker Jackpot, the player with the winning hand will receive their jackpot share in addition to Poker’s “Football Fever” jackpot bonus prize.

16. Players may win multiple times per the course of this promotion.

1. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks for entries will be issued during this time.
i. A member of Sycuan’s Management team will take the appropriate steps to find a resolution within a reasonable amount of time from event or promotion start time. Should a resolution not be possible via internal channels, a decision to cancel or further delay the event or promotion will be made between a Property Shift Manager and a member of Marketing management.
ii. Promotions involving cash that may result in denied payment due to technical difficulties or ineligibility will be escalated to a Property Shift Manager. Depending on the circumstances of the situation and compliance with these Official Rules and Sycuan policy, the Property Shift Manager will make a final decision on course of action.

2. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $2,000 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

3. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

4. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

5. Sycuan Tribal Members, Tribal Members Spouses and Employee Spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
i. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

6. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

7. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

8. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.
