How can I book a hotel room?

What room options do I have?

Our San Diego casino hotel has a variety of room options from standard king or double queen rooms to suites with views of the pool and singing hills. Rooms can be viewed >>HERE

What do I need to reserve a room?

We require a credit card in order to guarantee your reservation. You must be at least 21 years of age with valid ID to check-in.

Can you add a rollaway bed to my room?

Rollaway beds can be accommodated in some room types and are available for an additional charge. Please call reservations for further details.

Do all the room types offer a balcony?

Yes, but only a few are available for each room type and subject to availability.

The fee for the balcony is $50 per night.

What do I need at check-in?

A valid government-issued photo ID and credit or debit card are required at check-in to authorize the total value of the stay and incidentals.

Can someone else check-in to my room for me?

Yes, contact Reservations to provide an additional name. The additional guest must provide their credit or debit card upon check-in and meet minimum age requirements with a valid government-issued ID. The name on the credit or debit card must match the valid ID.

If you are using complimentary hotel offers, additional guests may not be added over the phone. If you have other guests staying with you, they may be added at the time of check-in.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time will be 3PM Check-out time will be 11AM.

How much is the incidental hold or security deposit?

At check-in, a government-issued ID and credit or debit card are collected where the total value of your stay and $100 per night (up to $700 during the duration of your stay) will be held for anticipated charges.

At check-out, any unused pre-authorized funds are released by the hotel. Depending on your banking institution’s policies, please understand that it may take 30 days after your departure for the funds to be returned to your account.

Can I use a debit card for incidentals?

Yes. The funds will be removed from your account upon check-in. Return of the funds to your account can vary depending on your financial institution and can take up to 30 days. Please contact your bank for further information about return of funds.

Can the person staying with me use their credit card for incidentals?

Yes. Additional registered occupants of the room can provide a valid credit or debit card for payment. Please ensure to register your additional occupants at check-in.

Can I cancel my reservation after booking?

Reservations can be canceled at no penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Within the 48 hours before the arrival date, a penalty fee of the first night’s room & tax is assessed.

Can I use a debit card or pre-paid card?

Guests can use debit cards upon check-in although refunds and authorization releases can take from 3-30 days depending on your banking institution. Guests cannot use pre-paid credit cards upon check-in but can use them to settle their bill at check-out.

Can I bring my pet to stay in the hotel?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. If you travel with a service animal, we reserve the right to charge a penalty of $500 for any damages incurred during your stay.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Outside food and beverage are not permitted throughout the whole property.

Can I bring my cooler?

Coolers of any kind are not permitted throughout the whole property.

Is the hotel non-smoking?

Yes, the hotel is a non-smoking facility. Guests violating the non-smoking policy will be responsible for a smoking fee of $500.

What is the maximum number of guests per room?

The max occupancy depends on the room type. Please call reservations at 619-445-6002 for additional details.

Do you charge for any additional registered occupants in the room?

Yes, $30 per night per person. The max occupancy depends on the room type.

Do you charge a resort fee?

Yes. Our resort fee is $10 per day and includes the following amenities:

• High Speed Internet access
• In-room water bottles
• Access to Fitness Center, Pool, and Lazy River
• Pool Rafts for each registered guest
• Turndown Service (upon request)
• Complimentary Shuttle to Singing Hills Golf Resort

Can special amenities, like flowers, be made for guests before they arrive?

Absolutely! To make arrangements, please call concierge at 619.445.6002 ext.1965.

Can guests receive mail at Sycuan Casino Resort?

Yes. USPS delivery to the front desk is Monday – Friday only. Please have mail arrival 2 days prior for guest stay. Packages will only be Monday-Friday.

All Mail and packages will be stored until your arrival. Please make sure the item is addressed to the registered guest.

Are children allowed to stay at the resort?

Any persons under 21 are not allowed into the casino or hotel.

What are my Club Sycuan benefits?

Discounts are available to Elite, Diamond, Black and Valor Club Sycuan members. Guests can book their exclusive discount by calling Reservations at 619.445.6002. Subject to availability.

Can friends and family members use my Club Sycuan benefits?

Club Sycuan benefits are tailored to each guest and are non-transferable.

Does Sycuan Casino Resort offer discounts for military and AAA members?

We offer a 10% discount for active duty military members and current AAA cardholders. Please call Reservations at 619-445-6002 to inquire. Subject to availability.

Can I arrange a limo or luxury car service?

This service is currently unavailable.

Is there any cost to park or valet?

There is no charge for self-parking. Valet is reserved for Black, Diamond, and hotel guests.

Is there a swimming pool/spa/fitness center?

  • Sycuan Casino Resort features three pools, including a lazy river equipped with swim up bars, cabanas, and pool chairs.
  • Sycuan’s San Diego spa, Spa Ritual, is located on the lower level of the casino on your way to the pool and offers a wide variety of services, including massage and salon services.
  • The fitness center is located adjacent to Spa Ritual and is available only to hotel guests.

Does Sycuan Casino Resort provide wheelchairs?

We have a limited number of wheelchairs available at the bell desk on a first come, first serve basis. Please call 619-445-6002, ext. 1965 for details.

Motorized scooters are available for rentals for $40, first come, first serve, at the hotel front desk.

What safety measures does Sycuan have in place?

Guest and Team Member safety, is very important to Sycuan Casino Resort. To ensure the safety of all, bag checks may be performed by Security at any time. In addition, we have advanced our sanitizing protocols and have multiple stations around the property. Masks are not required for those who are fully vaccinated.
