Topped with bacon ketchup and served with mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, and fresh baked rolls

Chicken Pot Pie
Braised chicken in savory chicken gravy with carrots, celery, onion, spices served in golden brown puff pastry

TACO TUESDAY’S

Choice of Carne Asado, Pollo Asada, or battered fish taco wrapped in mazina tortillas topped with sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole. Accompanied by Spanish rice and refried beans.

WEDNESDAY’S PASTA NIGHT

Spaghetti and Meatball
Porcini mushroom marinara sauce, spaghetti pasta, and a classic blend of pork and beef meatball. Served with charred Asiago cheese bread.

Goat cheese and Farfalle Pasta
Fire grilled artichokes, confit chicken, oven roasted cherry tomatoes and goat cheese cream sauce tossed with farfalle pasta accompanied charred bread.

Bratwurst & Beer
Two grilled bratwurst on a bed of sauerkraut and sautéed apples accompanied German potato salad, whole grain mustard, and Marzen style beer.

SEAFOOD FRIDAY’S

Fish and Chips
Sycuan blonde ale beer battered cod fillets. Served with fries, coleslaw, and tartar sauce.

New England Clam Chowder
Clams, bacon, potatoes, celery, onions, and cream create a rich creamy chowder. Served in a sourdough bowl.

Cornmeal Battered Catfish
Buttermilk marinated catfish battered and fried to golden brown perfection accompanied by hush puppies, steak fries, coleslaw, and spicy peach & green tomato tartar sauce.

SATURDAY’S

Saturday’s Duet Plate
Start off with your choice of House Salad, Butternut Squash Soup, or Three Onion Soup. Followed by a Kobe Top Sirloin charbroiled to your liking, citrus marinated Halibut, green beans, Vermicelli rice pilaf. Finish with Chef’s Dessert Selection.

SUNDAY DINNER

Pork Schnitzel
Breaded pork chop accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes and creamed spinach.

Sauerbraten
Slow roasted roast beef with red wine, vinegar and spices accompanied by celery root puree, sautéed carrots and red cabbage.
All dinners served with a potato roll, and apple pie a la mode.
