SPIN & WIN

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan that would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan booth in the Casino.

2. Players must be 21 years of age or older and have a government-issue picture identification to be a Club Sycuan member and participate in this promotion.

3. Players may participate in Poker’s “$pin and Win Cash $plashes” promotion by playing in any jackpot eligible poker game.

4. Poker’s “$pin and Win Cash $plashes” promotion will run on the following:
a. Saturdays, 5:00pm to 12:00am
b. Tuesdays, 5:00pm to 11:00pm

5. The promotion is divided into thirty- minute (1/2 Hour) sessions. A designated Poker Representative will spin the wheel.

6. First Session will start at 5:30pm

7. The selection will be made electronically through the approved system or manually by drawing table numbers from physical cards located at the poker desk. One (1) table will be drawn every ½ hour and receive a cash splash determined by the wheel.

8. The one (1) space that the ticker occupies will determine the player’s cash prize. The wheel must make at least two (2) full revolutions to be considered official. The thirty-six (36) prize spaces consist of the following:

a. (10) $50.00 spaces
b. (10) $75.00 spaces
c. (8) $100.00 spaces
d. (4) $200.00 spaces
e. (2) $250.00 spaces
f. (1) $500.00 space
g. (1) $1000.00 space

9. A “cash splash” is money added to the main pot by the house before a hand begins.
10. When the Cash Splash arrives at the table, the next hand will be considered a Bonus Hand. The dealer button will not move for this hand. All players will play one hand in a Flip ’N Go format.
a. All players will be dealt three (3) hole cards. After the flop, each player will discard one (1) hole card in turn, beginning with the player closest to the button in the small blind position. Once all discards are complete, players will have the option to expose their remaining hole cards face up.
b. The dealer will then produce the turn and river cards. There is no betting, and all players are considered all-in for the hand. If the hand results in a split pot, the qualifying players will split the Bonus Hand prize equally.
c. As this is a Bonus Hand, no house drop or jackpot drop will be collected for the hand.

11. Players may win multiple times during the course of this promotion.

12. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

13. Sycuan Tribal and team members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
– Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

14. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $2000.00 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

15. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

16. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.

17. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the giveaway.

18. Sycuan management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
