Kristin is a San Diego native, and is bringing her love of America’s Finest City to our culture here at Sycuan. Coming from a proud Navy family, she grew up in the Emerald City, Coronado. Always being in awe of the iconic Hotel Del, it developed her love of hotels and hospitality. She is coming with a decade’s worth of experience that has spanned over many parts of our city from; La Jolla, Harbor Island, the Gaslamp Quarter, and now here in East County.
Born and raised in San Diego, Nena graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. From there, she gained experience working large scale events with McFarlane Promotions and the San Diego Padres. From coordinating weddings with First Comes Love Weddings & Events and beer festivals, to hosting Diner en Blanc, Nena has an eye for detail on all type of events.

Christine is a native of the quaint and family-oriented community of Jamul, located in the foothills of San Diego’s East County. With over 9 years of experience at a variety of luxury brands and management companies, Christine has developed a love and passion for both hotels and the hospitality industry. The experience and knowledge gained has prepared her for her exciting new role with Sycuan Casino Resort.

Alberto was born in Malaga, Spain. The son of Flamenco musicians, he has always been immersed in the world of hospitality and from a very young age has fond memories of watching his parents perform in restaurants, bars and hotels.
Alberto has over 25 years of experience and most recently as the General Manager of the Grant Grill Restaurant, Bar and Lounge inside The US Grant Hotel, Sycuan’s iconic sister property in Downtown, San Diego. He has received recognition for increased guest satisfaction, revenue growth and superior customer service. Alberto’s sales approach is client centered and rooted in providing sincere and authentic service.
He is fluent in English, Spanish and American Sign Language is a certified TIPS Trainer and has completed his Level 1 Court of Masters Sommelier certification.
Alberto is also a huge Prince fan and has over 100 vinyl records in his collection.
