HAPPY HOUR CASH SPLASH

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan that would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan booth in the Casino.

2. Players must be 21 years of age or older and have a government-issue picture identification to be a Club Sycuan member and participate in this promotion.

3. Players may participate in Poker’s “Happy Hour Cash Splash” promotion by actively playing in any No Limit Hold’em, Limit Hold’em, Omaha or jackpot eligible Poker game.

4. Poker’s “Happy Hour Cash Splash” promotion will run on the following:

a. Monday through Sunday from 1pm to 5pm
b. First spin at 1:30pm

5. The promotion will be conducted in thirty-minute (1/2 Hour) sessions. The number of tables will be based on the total number of live cash games in play at the time of the promotion. Table selection will be as follows:
• 1 to 3 games in play:1 table
• 4 to 6 games in play: 2 tables
• 7 to 9 games in play: 3 tables
• 10 to 12 games in pay: 4 tables
• 13 to 15 games in play: 5 tables
• 16 to 18 games in play: 6 tables
• 19 to 21 games in play: 7 tables

6. The selection will be made electronically through the approved system or manually by drawing table numbers from physical cards located at the poker desk.

7. A poker representative will spin the wheel and when it comes to a complete stop – the one (1) space that the ticker occupies will determine the one (1) cash splash prize. The wheel must make at least two (2) full revolutions to be considered official. The thirty-six (36) prize spaces consist of the following:

a. (24) $40.00 spaces
b. (6) $50.00 spaces
c. (4) $60.00 spaces
d. (1) $80.00 spaces
e. (1) $100.00 spaces

8. Poker’s “Happy Hour Cash Splash” promotion will consist of eight (8) sessions daily.

9. Tables may be selected multiple times during the promotion; however, a table may not be selected more than once within the same half-hour promotional period.

10. Any Jackpot Bonus or Promotional money less than $201.00 won in hand-related play will be added to the player’s stack at the table. For No Limit, players can only apply promotional winnings up to the maximum buy in.

11. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

12. Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
a. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

13. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $2000.00 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

14. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

15. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.

16. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the giveaway.

17. Sycuan management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
