CLUB 50

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only that are 50 years of age or older. Birthdates are determined by the Club Sycuan member’s current government issued photo identification. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with current government-issued photo identification.

2. Qualified Club Sycuan members will receive a weekly FREEplay offer, viewable in their monthly mailer.
a. Offers will be determined before the start of each month and will be placed automatically on participant accounts.
b. FREEplay offers during this promotion are valid Sundays from 6AM-2PM.
c. FREEplay offers can be Slot or Table Games, contingent with the Club Sycuan members monthly mailer offers.

3. Club Sycuan members 50 years of age and older that did not receive a Club 50 offer will be able to earn a Slot FREEplay offer with play. To participate, eligible Club Sycuan members must earn a minimum of three hundred (300) total points beginning at 6AM through 2PM each Sunday. Qualification times for promotional points are based on the removal time of a Club Sycuan Card from gaming machine or when play time ends at the tables.

4. To receive, the guest can swipe at any Club Sycuan kiosk between 6AM and 2PM on a promotional day. Slot FREEplay will be automatically placed on the participant’s Club Sycuan account.

5. Slot FREEplay awarded in the kiosk promotion can only be used on slot machines and cannot be exchanged for Table Games FREEplay chips.

6. Club Sycuan members who received a Club 50 offer in their mailer will not be able to earn a second offer at the kiosk; guests can only redeem one Club 50 FREEplay offer each Sunday.

7. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks for prizes will be issued during this time.
a. A member of Sycuan’s Management team will take the appropriate steps to find a resolution within a reasonable amount of time from event or promotion start time. Should a resolution not be possible via internal channels, a decision to cancel or further delay the event or promotion will be made between a Property Shift Manager and a member of Marketing management.
b. Promotions involving cash that may result in denied payment due to technical difficulties or ineligibility will be escalated to a Property Shift Manager. Depending on the circumstances of the situation and compliance with these Official Rules and Sycuan policy, the Property Shift Manager will make a final decision on course of action.

8. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government imposed fees. If the prize is $2,000 or more a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S. If a 1099 is filed with the I.R.S, all prizes will be accumulated into the 1099.

9. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

10. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

11. Sycuan Tribal Members, Tribal Members Spouses and Employee Spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.

a. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

12. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

13. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

14. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

15. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
