Bomb Pot Madness

1. Players must be 21 years of age or older to participate in Poker’s Bomb Pot Madness Promotion.
2. Players may participate by actively playing in any eligible No Limit Hold’em or Pot Limit Omaha cash games, unless otherwise specified.
3. Poker’s Bomb Pot Madness promotion runs daily (Monday-Sunday) from 7:45am to 9:45am
• The promotion will be available to any No limit Hold’em or PLO game that is started during the promotion window or already in progress during that time
• Management will determine eligible tables based on active game status.
4. Bomb Pot Structure
• Occurs every dealer push (every 30 minutes)
• All players post the agreed-upon bomb pot ante
• Sycuan will add promotional funds where applicable
• In NLH 2/3 games:
• Each participating player will ante $5
• Sycuan will add $25 to pot.
5. Poker management will rake for the house the following during the Bomb Pot Madness:
• 2-10 players $5 house drop per hand
• A $4 jackpot drop will be taken
6. Gameplay rules
• No pre-flop betting; all players proceed directly to the flop
• Standard betting rules apply post-flop, starting left of the button
• All Bomb Pots hands are played as No Limit, unless otherwise designated
• Promotion is funded for up to four (4) dealer pushes at designated tables.
• 2/3 No limit Hold’em: Single board or double board No Limit.
• 2/5 No limit Hold’em: May be played as single board or double board No limit or PLO double board, at management discretion
• Pot Limit Omaha (all stake) may be played as double board, unless otherwise specified.
7. Jackpot Eligibility
• Both boards in a single or double board bomb pot are fully promotional and jackpot eligible
• All qualifying hands must meet the standard jackpot rules and verification procedures
• Must have 4 or more players to be promotion or jackpot eligible
• During double board bomb pots, both boards are eligible for promotional payouts (high hands, bonuses, etc.).
• However, only one jackpot may be awarded per hand, regardless of results on multiple boards.
• If both boards independently qualify for a jackpot, only the highest qualifying jackpot hand will be paid.
• The second qualifying hand (if any) may still receive promotion payouts, but not an additional jackpot.
8. Post-Promotion Bomb Pots- After the promotional period has ended, players may elect to continue playing bomb pots at each dealer push.
• All participating players must post the agreed-upon wager prior to the hand being dealt
• Sycuan will not contribute any additional funds to the pot
• All antes are player-funded only
• Available in No limit Hold’em and Pot Limit Omaha
9. Button & Gameplay
• The bomb pot hand is considered a bonus hand
• The dealer button does not advance after the bomb pot hand

10. Participation Requirements
• A bomb pot hand is confirmed once all participating players post the agreed ante
• No folding or raising allowed pre-flop
• Players may sit out if they choose not to participate
11. Management-Added Bomb Pot Bonus (2/5 No limit or Highe or PLO)
• Poker Management may, at its discretion, add up to two ($50) bonus bomb pots to any Bomb pot in:
• 2/5 No limit Hold’em or higher
• Pot Limit Omaha
• Bonus will be added prior to the deal and announced clearly by the dealer.

12. Management reserves the right to determine the timing, frequency, and eligibility of these bonus Bomb Pots. All standard Bomb Pot rules, including ante requirements and jackpot eligibility, will apply unless otherwise specified.
13. Any Jackpot Bonus monies of $200 or less, won in hand-related play, will be added to the players stack at the table.
14. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities, and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $2000 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.
15. Barred of excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, Jackpot Bonuses or jackpot winnings. All Prizes awarded will be returned to the Jackpot Reserve fund.
16. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge can participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.
17. Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
• Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.
18. All Players agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and Jackpot Bonus purposes without further compensation to the winner.
19. Management decisions are final and without recourse
20. Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time.
