Happy Birthday!

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members exclusively who visit the casino the month of their birthday and on their actual birthday. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this promotion may sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with current government- issued identification.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3. Club Sycuan members may swipe their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk on their birthday from 12:01am – 11:59pm to receive a FREEplay prize from $5 – $250. Birthdates are determined by the Club Sycuan member’s current photo ID and entered into the Player Tracking System.

4. Once the “Happy Birthday” kiosk game is activated, participants will be prompted to touch an item on the screen and their FREEplay prize will appear.

5. Club Sycuan members who participate on their birthday will be issued a $10 iComp on their birthday. Club Sycuan members may touch the “Happy Birthday $10 Food Comp” button on the kiosk and a $10 iComp will be added directly to their Club Sycuan card. iComps not redeemed within six (6) months will expire.

6. In addition, Club Sycuan members may swipe at the Club Sycuan kiosk the month of their birthday to receive one (1) free electronic entry into that month’s “Happy Birthday” drawing.

7. Slots, Table Games, Poker and Bingo participants can earn one (1) additional entry into that month’s “Happy Birthday” drawing for every two-hundred and fifty (250) points earned. On the last day of every month, participants can earn three (3) entries into that month’s “Happy Birthday” drawing for every two-hundred and fifty (250) points earned. The number of additional entries earned is calculated from that month’s rated play, from 12:01am on the first day of the month through 10:00pm on the last day of the month. Qualification times for promotional entries are based on the removal time of a Club Sycuan Card from a gaming machine or when play time ends at the tables. That month’s “Happy Birthday” promotion will close on the kiosks at 10:00pm on the last day of the month.

8. Entries are not applicable toward comps or greater Club Sycuan status (i.e. Promotion to the next tier level. e.g. Elite Club Sycuan member status to Diamond Club Sycuan member status).

9. To activate electronic entries for that month’s “Happy Birthday” drawing, participants must check-in between 10:00am and 10:00pm on the last day of their birthday month. Check-in will close at 10:00pm on the last day of the month.

10. Participants may check-in by swiping their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk. Touch the “Happy Birthday” drawing button to activate entries. The kiosk will show how many entries have been deposited. No printed entries will be issued to participants.

11. Drawing entries will only be valid for that month’s “Happy Birthday” drawing and will not roll over to the next month. The electronic drawing drum will be emptied after the conclusion of each monthly “Happy Birthday” drawing.

12. The electronic “Happy Birthday” drawing will take place at 10:30pm on the last day of each birthday month. Five (5) winners will be drawn, each winning $1,000 in FREEplay.

13. Participants may play the “Happy Birthday” kiosk game and participate in the “Happy Birthday” drawing once per year during their birthday month.

14. FREEplay won during this promotion does not expire. All FREEplay prizes will be automatically placed on the participant’s Club Sycuan account. No printed tickets or receipts will be issued to participants.

15. Slot FREEplay won in this promotion can only be used on slot machines and cannot be exchanged for Table Games FREEplay chips.

16. The “Happy Birthday” kiosk game is for entertainment purposes only. The actual prize awarded is generated randomly at the time of the initial swipe made by the participant, not by the choice made by the participant during the game.

17. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks for prizes will be issued during this time.

18. All winners are responsible for any other applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

19. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

20. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission or the Sycuan Tribe, as well as Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

21. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

22. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

23. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

24. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
