Qualification times for promotional entries are based on the removal time of a Club Sycuan Card from a gaming machine or when play time ends at the tables. The “Rent for a Year” will close on the kiosks at 9:50pm each Friday and will re-open at 12:00am the following Saturday.

10. Electronic drawings will be conducted as follows:

11. Participants can only win one (1) prize per day, with the exception of the Grand Finale drawings at 10pm each drawing date.

b. If a winner is a non-resident of the United States, a Club Sycuan or Marketing Team Member will request a Tax ID #. If the winner cannot provide a Tax ID #, a 1042-S must be filled out at the time the winner’s identification is taken to the Cage for verification and a complete Resort Advantage account must be confirmed. The mandatory withholdings will be taken for tax purposes by the Cage Ops Team Member and returned to the Cage that is in possession of the 1042-S.
