40th Anniversary Earn, Swipe & Win

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with current government-issued picture identification.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3. Participants can participate in the “40th Anniversary Earn, Swipe & Win” promotion up to three times each promotional day, once at each level.

4. To participate, Club Sycuan members must earn the following amounts of points between 6am – 11:59pm on each promotional day to participate at each level
a. Level 1: 800 total points
b. Level 2: 2,000 total points
c. Level 3: (Golden Ticket) 6,200 total points

5. Qualification times for promotional points are based on the removal time of a Club Sycuan Card from gaming machine or when play time ends at the tables.

6. Club Sycuan members can swipe their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk throughout the casino each promotional day from 6:00am – 11:59pm to receive one of the following prizes:
a. Level 1: Slot FREEplay™ Prize ranging between $10 – $400
b. Level 2: Slot FREEplay™ Prize ranging between $20 – $4,000
c. Level 3 (Golden Ticket): Slot FREEplay™ Prize ranging between $100 – $40,000

7. Club Sycuan members will also receive additional entries, into the “Slot FREEplay™ Grand Finale Drawings” which will take place on Tuesday, October 31.
a. Each participation in the “40th Anniversary Earn, Swipe & Win” will award one (1) Entry, totaling a maximum of three (3) Entries each Tuesday.

8. Once the “40th Anniversary Earn, Swipe & Win” game is activated on the kiosk, the participant will be prompted to touch an item on the screen and their prize will appear.

9. All Slot FREEplay™ prizes will be automatically placed on the participant’s account. Printed tickets or receipts are not necessary for FREEplay prizes.

10. Slot FREEplay™ won during this promotion is valid for fourteen (14) days from the day it is issued.
a. With exception of the $40,000 Grand Prize. Guests who win the $40,000 Grand Prize will have thirty (30) days to use their Slot FREEplay™ prize.

11. Slot FREEplay™ won in this promotion can only be used on slot machines and cannot be exchanged for FREEplay Chips™.

12. The kiosk game is for entertainment purposes only. The actual prize awarded is generated randomly at the time of the initial swipe made by the participant not by the choice made by the participant during the game.
Slot FREEplay™ Grand Finale Drawings

13. Beginning at 6:00am on Tuesday, September 5, Slots, Table Games, Poker and Bingo participants can earn one (1) additional entry into the “Slot FREEplay™ Grand Finale Drawings” for every forty (40) points earned.

14. Club Sycuan members can swipe their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk throughout the Casino to check their entries and current point balances.

15. The number of additional entries issued is calculated through tracked play on the following dates:
a. 6:00am on Tuesday, September 5 through 9:50pm on Tuesday, October 31

16. Qualification times for promotional entries are based on the removal time of a Club Sycuan Card from a gaming machine, or when play time ends at the tables. The “Slot FREEplay™ Grand Finale Drawings” will close on the kiosks at 9:50pm Tuesday, October 31.

17. To activate electronic entries for the drawings, participants must check-in after 6:00pm on Tuesday, October 31. Check-in will close at 9:50pm.

18. Participants can check-in by swiping their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk. Touch the “Grand Finale Earn, Swipe & Win Drawings” button to activate entries. The kiosks will show how many entries have been deposited. No printed entries will be issued to participants.

19. The electronic “Grand Finale Earn, Swipe & Win Drawings” will take place on Tuesday, October 31.

20. Electronic drawings will be conducted as follows:
a. Four (4) winners at 8:00pm
b. Four (4) winners at 9:00pm
c. Four (4) winners at 10:00pm

21. The electronic drawing drum will be emptied after the conclusion of the final drawing at 10PM.

22. Participants can only win one (1) prize during the Slot FREEplay™ Grand Finale Drawings.

23. Drawings will take place on the Promotions Stage. Participants must be present to win. Winners will have six (6) minutes to report to the drawing area once their name has been called.

24. If a winner cannot be located within six (6) minutes, a new winner will be selected until the appropriate number of winners has been identified for each drawing time.

25. Winners must provide current government-issued picture identification and their Club Sycuan card to verify their identity. Once their identity has been verified, they will be able to participate in the stage game.

26. For the 8:00pm drawing, in order of arriving, winners will choose one (1) of four (4) game pieces on the Promotional Stage. One (1) winner will receive $1,000 in Slot FREEplay™, one (1) winner will receive $2,000 in Slot FREEplay™, one (1) winner will receive $5,000 in Slot FREEplay™, and one (1) winner will receive $10,000 in Slot FREEplay™.

27. For the 9:00pm drawing, in order of arriving, winners will choose one (1) of four (4) game pieces on the Promotional Stage. One (1) winner will receive $2,000 in Slot FREEplay™, one (1) winner will receive $4,000 in Slot FREEplay™, one (1) winner will receive $10,000 in Slot FREEplay™, and one (1) winner will receive $20,000 in Slot FREEplay™.

28. For the 10:00pm drawing, in order of arriving, winners will choose one (1) of four (4) game pieces on the Promotional Stage. One (1) winner will receive $4,000 in Slot FREEplay™, one (1) winner will receive $8,000 in Slot FREEplay™, one (1) winner will receive $20,000 in Slot FREEplay™, and one (1) winner will receive $40,000 in Slot FREEplay™.

29. Slot FREEplay™ won during these drawings will not expire. All Slot FREEplay™ prizes will be automatically placed on the winners account. No printed tickets or receipts will be issued to the winners.

30. Slot FREEplay™ won in these drawings can only be used on slot machines and cannot be exchanged for FREEplay Chips™.

31. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks will be issued during this time.

32. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

33. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions, or jackpot winnings.

34. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission or the Sycuan Tribe, as well as Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

35. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

36. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

37. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

38. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
