VALOR MONDAYS

1. This promotion is open to current Club Sycuan Valor, Freedom, and First Responder members only. Guests who are not Valor, Freedom, or First Responder members of Club Sycuan that would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3. To participate, Valor, Freedom, or First Responder Club Sycuan members can swipe their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk throughout the casino every Monday between 6:00am – 11:59pm to receive one of the following prizes:

a. Slot FREEplay prize ranging between $10.00 – $100.00
b. A one-night stay at Sycuan Casino Resort, plus a $100.00 Resort Credit, valued at $309.00

4. Once the “Valor Mondays” game is activated on the kiosk, the participant will be prompted to touch an item on the screen and their prize will appear.

5. From 6:00am – 11:59pm, eligible participants may also select the “Valor Mondays $5 iComp” button to receive a $5 iComp.

6. Participants can participate in the “Valor Mondays” promotion once each Monday.

7. All iComp and FREEplay prizes will be automatically placed on the participant’s account. Printed tickets or receipts are not necessary for iComp or FREEplay prizes.

8. iComps are valid for six (6) months.

9. Slot FREEplay won during this promotion are valid for fourteen (14) days from the day it is issued.

10. Slot FREEplay won in this promotion can only be used on slot machines and cannot be exchanged for Table Games FREEplay chips.

11. Hotel room winners will receive a printed voucher from the kiosk redeemable for a one-night stay at Sycuan Casino Resort. The printed voucher must be redeemed at the Main Club Sycuan desk within fourteen (14) days from the day it is issued. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

12. Advanced reservations are required to book a room at Sycuan Casino Resort. You must be 21 years of age or older to book a room. A current government-issued picture identification and credit card must be presented at the time of check-in. Rooms are based on availability. Blackout dates may apply. Rooms must be booked within thirty (30) days from the day the printed voucher is redeemed at the Main Club Sycuan desk and the offer is generated on the winner’s Club Sycuan account. Travel dates are valid through January 31, 2024. Resort Credit excludes alcohol, gratuity, and tax.

13. The kiosk game is for entertainment purposes only. The actual prize awarded is generated randomly at the time of the initial swipe made by the participant not by the choice made by the participant during the game.

14. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks will be issued during this time.

15. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

16. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions, or jackpot winnings.

17. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission or the Sycuan Tribe, as well as Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

18. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

19. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

20. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

21. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
