Sycuan Named the #1 Top Workplace by The San Diego Union-Tribune

Sycuan announced today that the organization has been awarded first place in the large company category in the 2018 Top Workplaces in San Diego by The San Diego Union-Tribune. The annual San Diego Top Workplaces list is based on the results of employee feedback surveys administered by Energage, an employee research and consulting firm.

Sycuan prides itself on creating a positive work environment and is committed to the growth and development of its team members. More than 40 percent of its team members have been a part of the Sycuan family for over 10 years and 56 percent of supervisors have been promoted from within.
