FOURTH OF JULY CELEBRATION

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan that would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan booth in the Casino.

2. Players must be 21 years of age or older and have a government-issued picture identification to be a Club Sycuan member and participate in this promotion.

3. Players may participate in Poker’s “4th of July Tumbler Giveaway” promotion by playing in any jackpot eligible poker game.

4. Poker’s “4th of July Tumbler Giveaway” promotion will run on Saturday, July 4, 2026 starting at 11:00am.

5. A total of three hundred (300) tumblers will be distributed for this promotion. Two hundred (200) tumblers will be available to players participating in jackpot- eligible cash games (minimum of (1) hour of play required), and one hundred (100) tumblers will be reserved for players for the 11:00am poker tournament on the July 4th, 2026.

6. Limit one (1) tumbler per eligible Club Sycuan member while supplies last.

7. Consolation prizes will not be offered once all supplies have been exhausted.

8. A Poker Representative will enter the guest’s Player ID into the Club Sycuan program and redeem the offer through the ‘Giveaways’ tab.

9. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Poker Management will make every effort to rectify the situation.

10. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $2000.00 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

11. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

12. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge can participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.
13. Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
• Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

14. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.

15. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the giveaway.

16. Sycuan Management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
