Padres All-In Staycation

1. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

2. The “All-in Staycation” will run every Monday. This jackpot bonus will fall in the time frame of the Padres game. This bonus may run in conjunction with the other scheduled daily promotion.

3. A player is eligible for “All-in Staycation” by actively participating in any No Limit Hold’em or Limit Hold’em, Half-Half or Omaha jackpot eligible Poker game.

4. At the end of every inning, a designated Poker Representative will electronically draw one (1) table through the computer program at the Poker Desk. The table will be the indicator for which the entire table earned a ticket for the drum. If the padres scored 2 runs in that inning, two (2) tables will be drawn for tickets for the drum. Three (3) runs, three tables, etc.

5. At the conclusion of the Padres game, one entry is drawn. One winner will receive the grand prize.

6. The grand prize is a free hotel room and a $100 food voucher.

7. The cost that will be charged to a poker account #200-1000-203030.

8. Winners selected during the drawings who are not present will have their ticket removed for the drum for the day. It is the responsibility of the player to be immediately present in the poker room and to make their presence known if they are selected.

9. Rain delays or suspension of play will pause promotion until play resumes or if the game is cancelled, the promotion ends.

10. In the event of a technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks will be issued during this time.

11. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $2000 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

12. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

13. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

14. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge can participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

15. Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
a. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

16. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the giveaway

17. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

18. Sycuan management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
