Sycuan Poker’s “Mystery Envelope Double Up” Promotion
January 1, 2026- December 31, 2026
1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan that would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan booth in the casino with current government-issued picture identification.
2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.
3. Players may participate in Poker’s “Mystery Envelope Double Up” promotion by actively playing in any No Limit Hold’em, Limit Hold’em, Omaha or jackpot eligible Poker game.
4. A designated Poker Representative will electronically draw one (1) table from all live games that are jackpot eligible through the computer program at the Poker Desk. The dealer will high card starting from seat one (1) moving clockwise to the last player. High cards are determined by suit and rank. Spades being the highest, Hearts, Diamonds and Clubs being the lowest. The player with the highest card will get to select one (1) mystery envelope in a tumbler.
5. A table will be drawn at 1:00pm, 1:30pm, 2:00pm, 2:30pm, 3:00pm, 3:30pm, 4:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:00pm, 6:30pm, 7:00pm, 7:30pm, 8:00pm, 8:30pm, 9:00pm, 9:30pm, 10:00pm for a total of nineteen (19) drawings.
6. Players who are eligible for the “Mystery Envelope Double Up” drawing must be playing in a jackpot eligible game (no missed blinds) at the time of the table number being called.
7. In the event of computer malfunction, or lack of compute access, cards or plaques (or other available devices designated by Sycuan Poker Management) clearly denoted with the Table numbers of eligible table/s will be drawn by a Sycuan Poker Room representative.
8. Once the envelope is selected, Poker management will place the placard back into a new envelope and into the tumbler to have ninety-nine (99) envelopes.
9. Double Up Option: After a player wins a prize, the player may elect to attempt to double that prize by choosing “Red” or “Black.”
a. Once the player clearly states “Red” or “Black,” a designated Poker Representative will place a Red or Black placard (matching the player’s selection) in front of the player to confirm the choice.
b. The next live hand dealt at the selected table will be used for the Double Up determination. The three community cards on the flop from that hand will determine the outcome.
c. The majority color of the three flop cards (two or three cards of the same color) will determine the Double Up result.

d. If the majority color of the flop matches the player’s selection (Red/Black), the
player’s prize will be doubled. If the majority color does not match the player’s
selection, the prize will not be doubled and the player will be rewarded a $10 food
voucher.
10. The process will be conducted under surveillance for verification.
11. The tumbler will consist of ninety-nine (99) envelopes.
a. 40 @ $30
b. 30 @ $50
d. 20 @ $75
e. 5 @ $100
f. 3 @ $250
g. 1 @ $500
12. The poker clock is used as the official time for this promotion.
13. Players can win this Bonus in conjunction with a jackpot. All other Promotions or Jackpot
Bonuses will be active.
14. Players may win multiple times during the course of this promotion but only once per 1/2 hour.
15. Promotion payouts will be paid from a Chip Runners’ imprest bank, as outlined in Policy and
Procedure Chip Runner Imprest Bank ID: 333. Any promotion payout of $200 or less will be
added to the player’s stack at the table.
16. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other
government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar’s year’s prizes should total
$2,000 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.
Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for the free play offers, promotions, or promotion
winnings.
17. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming
Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor
employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino
Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the
responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the
promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.
18. Sycuan Tribal and team members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan
Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
a. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be
eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special
events, and prize pools.
19. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future
marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.
20. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the giveaway.
21. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with
the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.
