LATE NIGHT LUCK

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan that would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan booth in the Casino.

2. Players must be 21 years of age or older and have a government-issue picture identification to be a Club Sycuan member and participate in this promotion.

3. Players may participate in Poker’s “Late Night Luck” promotion by playing in any Hold’em jackpot eligible poker game.

4. Poker’s “Late Night Luck” promotion will run on the following:

a. Monday through Sunday from 10:00pm to 8:00am

5. The promotion is divided into thirty- minute (1/2 Hour) sessions. The minimum qualifying hand is any Full house of better. The highest-ranking qualifying hand during the half-hour session will be declared the winner. In the event of identical hands, the first player to make the highest hand will spin the wheel. If the hand is made at the same time during the same hand dealt, both players will earn a spin.

6. Session Reset and Multiplier Rules- Each qualification level follows the same reset structure:
a. At the start of each level, the first session begins at one-times (1X).
b. If no player makes the posted qualifying hand during a session, the next session within that level will move to two-times (2X).
c. If a player does make the posted qualifying hand during a session
i. That player earns one (1) wheel spin at the current wheel value.
ii. The next session within that level resets to one-times (1X).
iii. Multipliers carry over if the full house or better is not achieved.

7. If a high hand is made on a single session, the multiplier resets to the wheels face value of one-times (1x).

For each consecutive session in which the qualifying hand is not met, the multiplier will continue to increase until a qualifying hand is achieved.

8. Players must use both whole cards.

9. To play, each “Late Night Luck” winner will be brought before a wheel with a total of thirty-six (36) equally sized spaces. The player will spin the wheel and when it comes to a complete stop – the one (1) space that the ticker occupies will determine the player’s cash prize. The wheel must make at least two (2) full revolutions to be considered official. The thirty-six (36) prize spaces consist of the following:

a. (24) $40.00 spaces
b. (6) $50.00 spaces
c. (4) $60.00 spaces
d. (1) $80.00 spaces
e. (1) $100.00 spaces

10. Poker’s “Late Night Luck” promotion will consist of twenty (20) high hand sessions:

11. Players may win multiple time during the course of this promotion.

12. If there are not jackpot eligible games, there will be no Late-Night Luck promotion until a restart. The multiplier will restart at 1X

13. Any Jackpot Bonus or Promotional money less than $200.00 won in hand-related play will be added to the player’s stack at the table.

14. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

15. Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
a. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

16. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $2000.00 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

17. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

18. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.

19. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the giveaway.

20. Sycuan management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
