Dash for Cashback

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3. Players may participate in Poker’s “Dash for Cash Back” promotion by actively playing in any jackpot eligible Hold’em or Omaha poker game. Private games are excluded.

4. Players can begin earning time during each monthly qualifying period:
a. January 1 – January 31, 2026
b. February 1 – February 28, 2026
c. March 1 –March 31, 2026
d. April 1 – April 30, 2026
e. May 1 – May 31, 2026
f. June 1, – June 30, 2026
g. July 1, – July 31, 2026
h. August 1, – August 31, 2026
i. September 1, – September 30, 2026
j. October 1, – October 31, 2026
k. November 1, – November 30, 2026
l. December 1, – December 31, 2026
5. A Player’s total earned time will be calculated only during their live play on the first day of the month at 12:00am to the last day of the month 11:59pm

6. Players will not earn time while walking away from their game.

7. It is the player’s responsibility to present their Club Sycuan card to the dealer when being seated in a Poker game or changing tables. If a player needs a card made, a Poker Representative will assist.

8. The top 60 players with the most recorded live hours in each monthly qualifying period will receive prizes according to the official payout structure:

f. 6th-10th place- $475

9. A player’s reward can only be redeemed at the Poker Cage during their normal hours of operation on the following dates starting at 10am on the first day of each redemption period:
a. For January Hours: February 6 – February 15, 2026
b. For February Hours: March 6 – March 15, 2026
c. For March Hours: April 3 – April 12 2026
d. For April Hours: May 1 – May 10, 2026
e. For May Hours: June 5 – June 14, 2026
f. For June Hours: July 3 – July 12, 2026
g. For July Hours: August 7 – August 16, 2026
h. For August Hours: September 4 – September 13, 2026
i. For September Hours: October 2 – October 11, 2026
j. For October Hours: November 6 – November 15, 2026
k. For November Hours: December 4 – December 13, 2026

10. If a guest is unable to claim their “Dash for Cash Back” incentive during the approved collection period due to extenuating circumstances, the Poker Manager or above may approve the payout after the time frame listed.

11. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600.00 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

12. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

13. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

14. Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
a. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools. 15. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

16. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the giveaway.

17. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

18. Sycuan management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
