Table Games FREEplay Chip Drawings

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with current government-issued picture identification.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3. Beginning at 12:00am on Wednesday, May 1, Table Games participants can earn one (1) entry into the “Table Games FREEplay Chip Drawings” for every twenty-five (25) table games points earned. Each Wednesday, Table Games participants can earn five (5) entries into the “Table Games FREEplay Chip Drawings” for every twenty-five (25) table games points earned.

4. Club Sycuan members can swipe their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk throughout the Casino to check their entries and current point balances.

5. The number of entries issued is calculated through tracked play on the following dates:
a. 12:00am on Wednesday, May 1 through 10:20pm on Wednesday, May 29.

Qualification times for promotional entries is based on when play time ends at the tables. The “Table Games FREEplay Chip Drawings” will close on the kiosks at 10:20pm on the night of the drawing.

6. The electronic drawing drum will be emptied after the conclusion of the final drawing on Wednesday, May 29.

7. To activate electronic entries for the drawings, participants must check-in after 5:30pm on Wednesday, May 29. Check-in will close at 10:20pm on Wednesday, May 29.

8. Participants can check-in by swiping their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk. Touch the “Table Games FREEplay Chip Drawings” button to activate entries. The kiosk will show how many entries have been deposited. No printed entries will be issued to participants.

9. The electronic “Table Games FREEplay Chip Drawings” will take place on Wednesday, May 29.

10. Electronic drawings will be conducted as follows:
a. Five (5) winners at 7:30pm to win $1,000 FREEplay ChipsTM.
b. Five (5) winners at 8:30pm to win $1,000 FREEplay ChipsTM.
c. Five (5) winners at 9:30pm to win $1,000 FREEplay ChipsTM.
d. Five (5) winners at 10:30pm to win $1,000 FREEplay ChipsTM.

11. Participants can win once per hour.

12. Drawings will take place on the Promotions Stage. Participants must be present to win. Winners will have six (6) minutes to report to the drawing area once their name has been called.

13. If a winner cannot be located within six (6) minutes, a new winner will be selected until the appropriate number of winners has been identified for each drawing time.

14. Winners must provide current government-issued picture identification and their Club Sycuan card to verify their identity. Once their identity has been verified, they will be able to be awarded their prize.

15. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks for entries will be issued during this time.

16. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

17. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

18. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission or the Sycuan Tribe, as well as Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

19. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

20. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

21. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

22. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
