MAY SLOT POINT MULTIPLIERS

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3. To participate, Club Sycuan members can swipe their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk throughout the Casino on Wednesday, May 15 & 22 from 6:00am to 11:59pm.

4. Once the “Slot Point Multipliers” promotion is activated on the kiosk, the following point bonus prizes will appear on the screen depending on the Club Sycuan member’s tier:
a. Black card Club Sycuan Members = 8x Slot Point Bonus Prize
b. Diamond card Club Sycuan Members = 7x Slot Point Bonus Prize
c. Gold, Platinum and Elite card Club Sycuan Members = 5x Slot Point Bonus Prize

5. Point bonuses will be based on the participant’s play from 6:00am on the Wednesday they swipe until 11:59pm that day. Slot point bonuses can take up to 24 hours to be awarded to the participant’s Club Sycuan account.

6. Bonus points earned from playing Video Poker and Keno max out at 100,000 cash back points.

7. Bonus points can only be earned through slot play. Participants must have their Club Sycuan card inserted in the slot machine during their time of play in order to earn bonus points. Qualification times for bonus points are based on the removal time of a Club Sycuan Card from a gaming machine or when play time ends at the tables. Retroactive points will not be added to the participant’s account if their Club Sycuan card is not properly inserted.

8. Bonus points are applicable toward cash back. Points may be redeemed with Club Sycuan for cash back in $5 increments and $1 increments at a slot machine.

9. Bonus points are not applicable toward comps or greater Club Sycuan status (i.e. Promotion to the next tier level. e.g. Elite Club Sycuan member status to Diamond Club Sycuan member status).

10. Entries and tickets are not necessary for this promotion.

11. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks for point multipliers will be issued during this time.

12. All winners are responsible for any other applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

13. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

14. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission or the Sycuan Tribe, as well as Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

15. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

16. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

17. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

18. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
