SDFC TICKET PACKAGE DRAWINGS

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with current government-issued picture identification.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3. Beginning at 10:00am on Wednesday, April 1 participants can swipe once per day at any Club Sycuan kiosks to automatically receive one (1) free electronic entry into the “SDFC Ticket Package Drawings” drawing. Slots, Table Games, Poker and Bingo participants can earn (1) additional entry into the “SDFC Ticket Package Drawings” drawing for every twenty-five (25) points earned. Printed entries will not be issued to participants.

4. The number of additional entries issued is calculated from participants’ tracked play from 12:00am on Wednesday, April 1 through 11:59pm on Thursday, April 30. The “SDFC Ticket Package Drawings” promotion will close on the Club Sycuan kiosks at 11:59pm on Thursday, April 30. Qualification times for promotional entries are based on the removal time of a Club Sycuan Card from a gaming machine or when play time ends at tables.

5. The electronic “SDFC Ticket Package Drawings” drawing will take place on Friday, May 1. Five (5) winners will be drawn to win a ticket package containing two (2) tickets to five (5) upcoming San Diego FC games, valued at $1,410.00 for each package of tickets. The games will be determined by Sycuan Casino Resort.

6. Participants can only win one (1) prize. Winners do not need to be present to win and will be notified by Sycuan Casino Resort via the email or phone number available on their Club Sycuan account.

7. Prizes are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted.

8. Winner names will be provided to Club Sycuan on Winner Logs. Prize must be claimed at the Main Club Sycuan desk by 11:59pm on Friday, May 15. Delivery is not included. If the winner declines the prize or it goes unclaimed, a redraw will not be conducted.

9. Winners must provide current government-issued picture identification and their Club Sycuan card to verify their identity in order to claim their prize.

10. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks for entries will be issued during this time.

11. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $2,000 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

12. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

13. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

14. Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
a. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

15. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

16. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

17. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

18. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
