Red White and Boom Drawings

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan that would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan booth in the casino with current government-issued picture identification.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3. Players may participate in Poker’s “Red, White and Boom” promotion by actively playing in any No Limit Hold’em, Limit Hold’em, Omaha or jackpot eligible Poker game.

4. Poker’s “Red, White and Boom” promotion drawings will run Friday, July 4th from 5:00pm – 10:00pm and Saturday, July 5th from 12:00pm-5:00pm.

5. A designated Poker Representative will electronically draw one (1) table from all live games that are jackpot eligible through the computer program at the Poker Desk. The dealer of the selected table will then begin a high card game. Cards will be dealt from seat one (1) moving clockwise to the last player. The player that is dealt the highest card will win the game and will spin the wheel.
a. High cards are determined by suit and rank. Spades being the highest, Hearts, Diamonds and Clubs being the lowest.

6. A table will be drawn at 5:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:00pm, 6:30pm, 7:00pm, 7:30pm, 8:00pm, 8:30pm, 9:00pm, 9:30pm and 10:00pm on Friday, July 4th and 12:00pm. 12:30pm, 1pm, 1:30pm, 2pm, 2:30pm, 3pm, 3:30pm, 4pm, 4:30pm and 5pm on Saturday, July 5th.

7. Players who are eligible for the “Red, White and Boom” drawing must be playing in a jackpot eligible game (no missed blinds) at the time of the table number being called.

8. In the event of computer malfunction or lack of computer access, cards or plaques (or other available devices designated by Sycuan Poker Management) clearly denoted with the Table numbers of eligible table/s will be drawn by a Sycuan Poker Room representative.

9. The high card winner will spin the wheel, winning amounts from $75 to $1,000 (if the marker lands in between two spaces (on the peg), the player will get their choice of either space).

10. The wheel will consist of 54 Sycuan spaces.
a. 17 @ $75
b. 16 @ $100
c. 6 @ $125
d. 5 @ $150
e. 4 @ $200
f. 3 @ $250
g. 2 @ $500
h. 1 @ $1000

11. Wheel must complete at least one (1) full revolution to be considered a valid spin. Should one (1) full revolution not be completed, participant must respin the wheel using the button.

12. The poker clock is used as the official time for this promotion.

13. Players can win this Bonus in conjunction with a jackpot. All other Promotions or Jackpot Bonuses will be active.

14. Players may win multiple times during the course of this promotion but only once per 1/2 hour.

15. Promotion payouts will be paid from a Chip Runners’ imprest bank, as outlined in Policy and Procedure Chip Runner Imprest Bank ID: 333.

16. Any promotion payout of $200 or less, will be added to the player’s stack at the table.

17. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar’s year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

18. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for the free play offers, promotions, or promotion winnings

19. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Club at Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission or the Sycuan Tribe, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion or tournament. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

20. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.

21. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the giveaway.

22. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

23. Sycuan management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
