PUCK LUCK

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan that would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan booth in the casino.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid government-issued picture identification to be a Club Sycuan member and participate in this promotion.

3. Players may participate in Poker’s “Klinko Cash” by actively playing in any jackpot eligible Texas Hold’em, Omaha, Big O or Stud poker game.

4. A designated Poker Representative will electronically draw one (1) table from all live games that are jackpot eligible through the computer program at the Poker Desk. The dealer will high card starting from seat one (1) moving clockwise to the last player. High cards are determined by suit and rank. Spades being the highest, Hearts, Diamonds and Clubs being the lowest. The player with the highest card will get to play the promotion and earn one puck.

5. To earn additional pucks, the player will indicate on the game board if the next top card from the deck will be either ‘higher’ or ‘lower’ than an eight. A Poker Representative will then place the next top card from the deck in the designated game board area. The player will repeat this process of indicating on the game board if the next top card from the deck will be either ‘higher’ or ‘lower’ than an eight for a maximum of four (4) consecutive attempts at guessing correctly or until the player guesses incorrectly. The 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 of any suit will be considered ‘low’ while the 9, 10, J, Q, K, and A of any suit will be considered ‘high.’
6. The game board puck values are as follows:
• Zero (0) correct attempts: One (1) Puck
• One (1) correct attempt: Two (2) Pucks
• Two (2) correct consecutive attempts: Three (3) Pucks
• Three (3) correct consecutive attempts: Four (4) Pucks
• Four (4) correct consecutive attempts: Five (5) Pucks

7. If a player makes an incorrect guess during the Hi/Lo Challenge, they will receive the number of pucks earned based on their last correct guess. The challenge ends immediately upon the incorrect guess. Example: if a player correctly guesses once and earns two (2) pucks, then makes an incorrect guess on their next attempt, the player will receive two (2) pucks for the Klinko Cash game. If a player correctly guesses three (3) consecutive times and then guesses incorrectly, the player will receive four (4) pucks.

8. The prize puck will slide down through the game board and come to rest in one of the prize slots in the bottom. (Prize slots are marked $50, $75, $50, $100, $50, $100, $50, $75, $50). The player will win a cash prize representing the puck amounts added by the prize slot.

9. In the event of computer malfunction, or lack of compute access, cards or plaques (or other available devices designated by Sycuan Poker Management) clearly denoted with the Table numbers of eligible table/s will be drawn by a Sycuan Poker Room representative.

10. Drawings will take place on Sunday’s at:

• 5:00pm- 2 winners
• 5:30pm- 1 winner
• 6:00pm- 1 winner
• 6:30pm- 1 winner
• 7:00pm- 2 winners
• 7:30pm- 1 winner
• 8:00pm-1 winner
• 8:30pm-1 winner
• 9:00pm- 2 winners
• 9:30pm- 1 winner
• 10:00pm-1 winner
• 10:30pm-1 winner
• 11:00pm- 2 winners for a total of Seventeen (17) drawings.
11. If a prize chip does not fall cleanly into a prize slot (e.g. it becomes stuck or falls from the board), the puck will be removed and the player will drop it from the top again.

12. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $2000 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.
13. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.
14. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or
Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort
promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent
badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they
are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the
player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the
promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.
15. Sycuan Tribal and team members and their spouses are eligible to participate
in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize
pools with no prize limitation.
– Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino
employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino
Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.
16. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.
17. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the giveaway.
18. Sycuan management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
