Hi-Lo Card Challenge

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan that would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan booth in the casino.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid government-issued picture identification to be a Club Sycuan member and participate in this promotion.

3. Players may participate in “Hi-Lo Card Challenge” by actively playing in any jackpot eligible poker game.

4. Electronic drawings will take place every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 1:00pm,1:30pm, 2:00pm, 2:30pm, 3:00pm, 3:30pm, 4:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:00pm, 6:30pm, 7:00pm, 7:30pm, 8:00pm, 8:30pm. 9:00pm, 9:30pm and 10:00pm. One (1) winner will be drawn at each drawing time.

5. Players can begin earning electronic entries on Sunday, January 29, 2026 at 12:01am. Players will only earn entries from Thursday – Wednesday for the following Thursday-Saturday’s drawing.
a. For example, at 12:01AM on Thursday, January 29, players will begin earning entries for February 5-7’s drawings.
b. Entries are only valid for the next week’s drawing. After the next week’s drawing, entries will be deleted.

6. Thursdays at 12:01AM until Wednesdays at 11:59PM, players will earn electronic entries by using their Club Sycuan Card when playing in a jackpot eligible poker game. Players will earn one (1) entry for every twenty-five (25) points earned for the following week’s drawing.

7. The drawing winner at each drawing time will play the “Hi-Lo Card Challenge” game. To play, the winner will choose one (1) facedown pre-shuffled 48 card deck to play with (the 8 of clubs, 8 of diamonds, 8 of hearts, and the 8 of spades will be removed from the deck for the purpose of gameplay).

8. The player will indicate on the game board if the next top card from the deck will be either ‘higher’ or ‘lower’ than an eight. A Poker Representative will then place the next top card from the deck in the designated game board area. The player will repeat this process of indicating on the game board if the next top card from the deck will be either ‘higher’ or ‘lower’ than an eight for a maximum of six (6) consecutive attempts at guessing correctly or until the player guesses incorrectly. The 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 of any suit will be considered ‘low’ while the 9, 10, J, Q, K, and A of any suit will be considered ‘high.’

9. The game board prize values are as follows:
a. Zero (0) correct attempts: $50
b. One (1) correct attempt: $75
c. Two (2) correct consecutive attempts: $100
d. Three (3) correct consecutive attempts: $150
e. Four (4) correct consecutive attempts: $250
f. Five (5) correct consecutive attempts: $500
g. Six (6) consecutive attempts: $1,000

10. If the player’s first Hi/Lo guess is correct, the player will be awarded $75.The player may then choose to either:
• Accept the $75 prize, ending their session, or
• Attempt an additional Hi/Lo guess to increase their prize.
If the player elects to continue and makes a second correct guess, the player will win $100.
If the player’s second guess is incorrect, the prize will default to the base award of $50, regardless of the first correct guess.
11. Minimum Guarantee After Three Consecutive Correct Guesses
If the player achieves three (3) consecutive correct guesses, the player will be awarded $150.
The player may then attempt a fourth (4th) consecutive guess:
• If the fourth guess is correct, the prize escalates per the posted pay table.
• If the fourth guess is incorrect, the player will still receive a guaranteed minimum of $150. The prize does not reset to the lower tiers, and the player does not revert to zero correct guesses.

12. During all drawings, players can win can win multiple times per hour.

13. Any Jackpot Bonus monies of $200 or less, won in hand-related play, will be added to the players stack at the table.

14. Winners selected during the drawings who are not present will have their ticket returned to the barrel and will have a chance to win during the remaining drawings for the day. It is the responsibility of the player to be immediately present in the poker room and to make their presence known if they are selected.

15. If a player is drawn more than once on any half hour for any drawings, their successive tickets will go back in the barrel.

16. If any player wins either type of drawing and wishes to refuse their prize and return their entry into the drum, they may do so and additional tickets will be drawn.

17. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government imposed fees. If the prize is $2,000 or more a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S. If a 1099 is filed with the I.R.S, all prizes will be accumulated into the 1099.

18. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions, or jackpot winnings.

19. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming
Commission, are eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge can participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

20. Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
• Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

21. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.

22. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the giveaway.

23. Sycuan management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
