Loyalty Campaign Play-Up

Official Rules

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with current government-issued picture identification.

1. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

1. Guests who have received loyalty offers for a corresponding month will not be eligible for that month’s “Loyalty Campaign Play-Up” promotion.
   1. 1. To participate, Club Sycuan members must earn a minimum of fifteen hundred (1,500) total points between 6:00am – 9:00pm on that promotional day. The promotional days are as follows: Wednesday, September 2 & Thursday, September 3
      2. Wednesday, September 9 & Thursday, September 10
      3. Wednesday, September 23 & Thursday, September 24
      4. Wednesday, October 7 & Thursday, October 8
      5. Wednesday, October 14 & Thursday, October 15

1. Qualification times for promotional points are based on the removal time of a Club Sycuan Card from gaming machine or when play time ends at the tables. Points are not calculated until the removal of the guests Club Sycuan card from a gaming machine, or when a player is clocked out at the table. It is the guests responsibility to remove their Club Sycuan card or clock out at the tables within the earning window to ensure that entries can be calculated.

1. 1. Club Sycuan members can swipe their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk throughout the casino on the promotional day from 12:00pm – 9:00pm to receive the minimum corresponding prize for that week. Loyalty Campaigns may include but are not limited to E-Gift Cards, Physical Gift Cards, Gas Cards, and Cash Giveaways.
   2. Prizes may range from $20-$25 based on the Loyalty Campaign.

1. 1. Once the “Loyalty Campaign Play-Up” promotion is activated on the kiosk, a receipt will print from the kiosk. Guests will be prompted to take the receipt to the West Club Sycuan Desk to redeem their prize. Redemption must take place by 10PM at the West Club Sycuan Desk on the day the receipt is printed.

1. Participants can participate in the “Loyalty Campaign Play-Up” promotion once per week, per campaign. For example, if a giveaway is scheduled for both Wednesday and Thursday, guests will be able to redeem on only one date that week.

Sycuan Casino Resort General Promotion Rules

1. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks for entries will be issued during this time. A member of Sycuan’s Management team will take the appropriate steps to find a resolution within a reasonable amount of time from event or promotion start time. Should a resolution not be possible via internal channels, a decision to cancel or further delay the event or promotion will be made between a Property Shift Manager and a member of Sycuan’s management.
2. Promotions involving cash that may result in denied payment due to technical difficulties or ineligibility will be escalated to a Property Shift Manager. Depending on the circumstances of the situation and compliance with these Official Rules and Sycuan policy, the Property Shift Manager will make a final decision on course of action.

1. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $2,000 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.
2. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

1. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

1. Sycuan Tribal Members, Tribal Members Spouses and Employee Spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.

1. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

1. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

1. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

1. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

1. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
