Reserve a Private Poker Table

1. Players must be 21 years of age or older in order to participate in Poker’s “The Reserve”.

2. Poker’s “The Reserve” can take place any Day or Night (at Management’s discretion).

3. The “Reserve” game group’s point of contact must submit a request to the poker room management to host a “Reserve” game, providing details such as a game type, stakes, and number of players and list of players names. This can be done in person or via phone call.

4. Management reserves the right to approve or deny the “Reserve” game requests based on factors like table availability, staffing, and game integrity.

5. “Reserve” game is invitation-only, and players must be invited by the point of contact (game organizer) and approved by poker management.

6. Management reserves the right to refuse participation from any invited guest to the “Reserve” game that violates Sycuan’s code of conduct and policies.

7. Games dealt are the following:
a) No Limit Hold’em at any limit
b) Limit Hold’em at any limit
c) Omaha Hi, Omaha Hi/Lo, Big O, PLO any limit
d) Stud Hi, Stud Hi/ Lo, Pineapple and Crazy Pineapple any limit
e) Poker Tournament, any buy in.
f) Drawaha
g) Drawmaha zero
h) Drawaha 49
i) Archie
j) 2-7 triple draw
k) A-5 Triple draw
l) Baduecy
m) Badacey
n) Razz
o) Super Stud hi/lo regular

8. Poker Management will rake for the house the following:
• 7-10 players $5 house drop per hand
• 6 players $4 house drop per hand
• 5 player or less $3 house drop per hand
• No jackpot drops will be in place

9. Participants in “The Reserve” games will not be eligible for jackpots, jackpot bonuses, promotions, or any promotional items in the poker room.

10. Players will be allowed to run multiple “run it twice” boards with multiple players all in. An “all in” and call(s) is required. A verbal agreement between all needs to take place to confirm participation in “running it twice”. “Running it twice” can be done before the flop, after the flop, on the turn, or on the river. can be utilized for the main or side pots. An additional $2 per board will be taken for the house drop.

11. Bomb pots may occur when all seated players agree on a pre-flop wager prior to any cards being dealt. Bomb pots occur when all players contribute the predetermined betting amount agreed upon by the players to the bomb pot before the cards are dealt. No raise or fold is allowed pre-flop during a bomb pot hand. All seated players must agree to a bomb pot. The bomb pot cannot occur if a player does not want to participate.

12. Players are allowed to play a 7-2 mini-game, which is the following:
a. Before a hand or game, a bounty amount is set that all players agree to pay out to a player that wins a hand with 7-2.
i. For example: All players agree to pay the winner of the 7-2 minigame $5 per player.
b. Players must show their winning 7-2 hand in order to win the minigame.

13. Players are allowed to play a Stand-Up Game minigame, which consists of the following:
a. The last person in the table to win a hand after the minigame starts owes each player at the table a pre-agreed amount

14. Any Jackpot Bonus monies of $200 or less, won in hand-related play, will be added to the players stack at the table.

15. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities, and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

16. Barred of excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, Jackpot Bonuses or jackpot winnings. All Prizes awarded will be returned to the Jackpot Reserve fund.

17. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort Jackpot Bonuses while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the Poker Representative that they are not eligible for the Jackpot Bonus. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

18. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

19. Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
a. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

20. All Players agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing purposes without further compensation to the winner.

21. Management decisions are final and without recourse.
