No Fold’em Hold’em

1. Players must be 21 years of age or older in order to participate in Poker’s “No Fold’em Hold’em” Promotion.

2. To participate in the “No Fold’em Hold’em” Promotion, players may sign up by registering in the Bravo app or with the front desk in person or via phone.

3. “No Fold’em Hold’em” Promotion will run Monday 12:00am through Sunday 11:59pm.

4. A “No Fold’em Hold’em” game is (2) two board poker games on (1) one live poker table.
a. The amount of poker tables running the “No Fold’em Hold’em” Promotion will be determined by poker management.

5. “No Fold’em Hold’em” (Double board) possesses the same general rules and procedures as Texas Hold’em but, as the name implies, there are two boards of community cards. The same dealing procedures apply for these boards (i.e. during the flop, the dealer reveals three cards for each board and then one card for each board at the end of every round thereafter). The two boards share one pot. If a player has the best hand for one board, the player receives half the pot. If their hand is the best for both boards, they receive the full pot.
a. All Policies and procedures as stated in P&P ID 334 for Poker Game Rules will remain applicable and will apply to whichever game is actively being played during the “No Fold’em Hold’em” Promotion.

6. When a player wins both top and bottom boards, this will activate a kill pot.
a. Kill Pot: In a limit, kill Texas Hold`em game when a player wins two pots in a row, he/she must kill the next pot by posting an amount twice as much as the big blind, and all bets are doubled for that hand. This player keeps the kill until s/he loses a pot.

7. During a “No Fold’em Hold’em” game, all jackpot drop will be Hold’em jackpots.
a. All procedures as stated in P&P ID 324 for Poker Jackpots will remain applicable and will apply to the Hold’em game that is being played during the “No Fold’em Hold’em” Promotion.
b. The badbeat jackpot will only be activated on the top (first) board produced. The bottom board is inactive for the bad beat jackpot.

8. Any Promotion monies of $200 or less, won in hand-related play, will be added to the players stack at the table.

9. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities, and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

10. Barred of excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, Promotions or jackpot winnings.

11. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort Promotions while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the Poker Representative that they are not eligible for the Promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

12. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and Promotion purposes without further compensation to the winner.

13. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

14. Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
a. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

15. Participation in this Promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the Promotion.

16. Sycuan management has the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time without advance notice.
