MONEY MULTIPLIER DRAWINGS

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3. Beginning at 10:00am on Sunday, August 30, Club Sycuan members can swipe once per day to receive one (1) electronic entry in the “Money Multiplier Drawings” happening on Friday, September 11. Slots, Table Games, Poker and Bingo participants can earn one (1) additional entry into the “Money Multiplier Drawings” for every twenty-five (25) points earned. Each Friday, Slots, Table Games, Poker and Bingo participants can earn five (5) entries into “Money Multiplier Drawings” for every twenty-five (25) points earned.

4. Club Sycuan members can swipe their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk throughout the Casino to check their entries and current point balances.

5. The number of additional entries earned is calculated through tracked play on the following dates:
a. 12:00am on Sunday, August 30 through 9:50pm on Friday, September 11.

i. Promotional entries are not calculated until the removal of the guest’s Club Sycuan Card from a gaming machine, or when a player is clocked out from the table. It is the guest’s responsibility to remove their Club card or clock out at the tables within the earning window, to ensure that entries can be calculated.

6. The electronic drawing drum will be emptied after the conclusion of the final drawing.

7. To activate electronic entries for the drawings, participants must check-in after 6:00pm on Friday, September 11. Check-in will close at 9:50pm.

8. Participants can check-in by swiping their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk. Touch the “Money Multiplier Drawings” button to activate entries. The kiosk will show how many entries have been deposited. No printed entries will be issued to participants.

9. The electronic “Money Multiplier Drawings” will take place on Friday, September 11.

10. Electronic drawings will be conducted as follows:
a. Five (5) winners at 8:00pm
b. Five (5) winners at 9:00pm
c. Five (5) winners at 10:00pm

11. Participants can win one (1) prize on the drawing day.

12. Drawings will take place on the Promotions Stage. Participants must be present to win. Winners will have six (6) minutes to report to the drawing area once their name has been called.

13. If a winner cannot be located within six (6) minutes, a new winner will be selected until the appropriate number of winners has been identified for each drawing time.

14. Winners must provide current government-issued picture identification and their Club Sycuan card to verify their identity. Once their identity has been verified, they will be able to participate in the stage game.

15. Once winners are identified and verified, in order of arriving, winners will select one (1) prize card to be opened. The emcee will take the selected prize card and reveal the winning prize.

16. The prize revealed may be multiplied according to the participant’s card tier as follows:

Gold Tier = original prize, no multiplier
Platinum Tier = x2 multiplier
Elite Tier = x3 multiplier
Diamond Tier = x4 multiplier
Black Tier = x5 multiplier

17. Participants will have the chance to win $250-$10,000 in Cash.

18. The Club Sycuan or Marketing Team Member will request a current government-issued picture identification and Club Sycuan membership card from each cash winner.
a. Once the winner’s identification and prize has been confirmed, the Club Sycuan or Marketing Team Member will have the winner sign a Winner’s Log and W-9 (cash prizes only).
b. Once the necessary paperwork is in order, the Cage Ops Team Member will be responsible for making the cash payment to each winner. The Cage Ops Team Member and Club Sycuan or Marketing Team Member will sign the Winner’s Log confirming the transaction has been made.

Sycuan Casino Resort General Promotion Rules

1. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks for entries will be issued during this time.
a. A member of Sycuan’s Management team will take the appropriate steps to find a resolution within a reasonable amount of time from event or promotion start time. Should a resolution not be possible via internal channels, a decision to cancel or further delay the event or promotion will be made between a Property Shift Manager and a member of Sycuan’s management.
b. Promotions involving cash that may result in denied payment due to technical difficulties or ineligibility will be escalated to a Property Shift Manager. Depending on the circumstances of the situation and compliance with these Official Rules and Sycuan policy, the Property Shift Manager will make a final decision on course of action.

2. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $2,000 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

3. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

4. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

5. Sycuan Tribal Members, Tribal Members Spouses and Employee Spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
a. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

6. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

7. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

8. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

9. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
