MEGA QUADS

1. You must be 21 years of age or older to participate in this jackpot bonus and have a current government-issued picture identification.

2. Players may participate in Poker’s “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus by actively playing in any jackpot eligible poker game.

3. Poker’s “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus will run on the following:
a. Sunday through Thursday from 11:00pm to 1:00pm.
b. Friday and Saturday from 12:00am to 1:00pm.

4. A player wins the “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus prize by making qualifying hands while playing in any jackpot eligible poker game. If Quads is the winning hand, the player must have a pocket pair in their hands for Limit Hold’em or Omaha. In No limit, a player must use both hole cards to make quads. If making a straight flush or royal flush, both cards in their hand must play. The qualifying hands are as follows:
Hold’em
4 of a Kind: Deuces through Aces
Straight Flush
Royal Flush: Clubs, Diamonds, Hearts and Spades
Omaha
4 of a Kind: Nines through Kings
Straight Flush
Royal Flush

5. All qualifying hands and the equivalent “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus prizes will be posted in the Poker Room during the days and hours of the bonus.

6. Between the hours of 1am-9am, all payouts will be doubled with the maximum payout of $1999. Example, if quad deuces is at $1,500 and a player hits quad deuces, that player will receive $1,999.

7. A player making a qualifying hand will be awarded the following prize:
a. 4 of a Kind – each specific game type will have a “Designated Hand”
b. The “Designated Hand” will award the posted “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus prize
c. Hold’em posted prize values will have a maximum limit of $1,999.
d. Omaha posted prize values will have a maximum limit of $1,999.
e. Qualifying hands not denoted as the “Designated Hand” will award a prize of $50.
f. Straight Flush for Hold’em and Omaha will award a flat rate prize of $100.
g. Royal Flushes for Hold’em will have a maximum limit of $1,999.
h. Royal Flush for Omaha players will receive a flat rate prize of $100.

8. When the “Designated Hand” is hit, the “Designated Hand” will move onto the next ‘4 of a Kind’ qualifying hand in sequential order ranking from lowest to highest (i.e. Quad 2’s, Quad 3’s, Quad 4’s, Quad 5’s, Quad 6’s, Quad 7’s, Quad 8’s, Quad 9’s, Quad 10’s, Quad Jacks, Quad Queens, Quad Kings, Quad Aces) and continue to repeat from lowest to highest in sequential order.

9. Each ‘4 of a Kind’ qualifying hand and Royal Flush will restart at the amount of $50 each time the “Designated Hand” qualifying hand and/or Royal Flush is hit.

10. At the start of each 11:00pm session the prize value for each Hold’em ‘4 of a Kind’ qualifying hand and Royal Flush will increase by $25 and Omaha hands will increase by $25.

11. If there is no live game for Hold’em or Omaha at the start of Mega Quads, there will be no daily add to the progressive.

12. Proper tabling must be practiced in order to be eligible to win the bonus.
a. Proper Tabling is both:
1. Turning all face cards face up on the table
2. Allowing the dealer and players to read the hand clearly.
b. “All cards” means both hole cards in hold’em, all 4 hole cards in Omaha, all 7 cards in 7-stud, etc.
c. At showdown players must protect their hands while waiting for cards to be read. Players who don’t fully table all cards, then muck thinking they’ve won, do so at their own risk. If a hand is not 100% retrievable and identifiable and the floor manager rules it was not clearly read, the player has no claim to the pot or promotion. The floor manager decision on whether a hand was sufficiently tabled is final.
d. Dealers cannot kill a properly tabled hand that was obviously the winner.

13. The player’s hand does not need to be the winning hand to win the bonus.

14. In the event of a Poker Jackpot, the players with qualifying hands will receive their choice of; their Jackpot share, OR the “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus prize for their hand. If a player receives the “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus prize, their Jackpot share will be returned to the posted Jackpot total.

15. If the “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus is discontinued, no more monies will be added to the “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus when a “Mega Quads” qualifying hand hits. However, the bonus will continue to run 24 hours per day, 7 days per week until all the “Mega Quads” qualifying hands have been hit and the value for each hand is $0. All flat rate prizes will be discontinued (i.e. Straight Flush qualifying hand, qualifying hands not denoted as the “Designated Hand”, etc.).

16. If any other Jackpot bonuses are running concurrently with “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus, the player will receive their bonus prize in addition to the “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus prize.

17. Players may win multiple times over the course of this bonus.

18. “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus payouts will be paid from a Chip Runner’s Imprest Bank, as outlined in Policy and Procedure Chip Runner Imprest Bank ID: 333.

19. Any “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus moneys less than $201, won in hand-related play, will be added to the player’s stack at the table.

20. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks for prizes will be issued during this time.
a. A member of Sycuan’s Management team will take the appropriate steps to find a resolution within a reasonable amount of time from event or promotion start time. Should a resolution not be possible via internal channels, a decision to cancel or further delay the event or promotion will be made between a Property Shift Manager and a member of Marketing management.
b. Promotions involving cash that may result in denied payment due to technical difficulties or ineligibility will be escalated to a Property Shift Manager. Depending on the circumstances of the situation and compliance with these Official Rules and Sycuan policy, the Property Shift Manager will make a final decision on course of action.

21. Sycuan Tribal Members, Tribal Members Spouses and Employee Spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
a. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

22. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $2000.00or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

23. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot bonus winnings.

24. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

25. Participation in this jackpot bonus constitutes agreement to the above rules of the giveaway.

26. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or jackpot bonus rules and/or tampering with the jackpot bonus in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

27. Sycuan management has the right to modify or cancel this jackpot bonus at any time without advance notice
