LUCKY RED ENVELOPE GIVEAWAY

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3. Table Games participants can participate by playing the following table games with their Club Sycuan card Tuesday, February 17 through Sunday, February 22, from 10am to Midnight daily.

4. Participants can earn one (1) Lucky Red Envelope per qualifying hand, on the following games:
a. Fortune Pai Gow: Winning Fortune Bet of Full House or Better
b. Face Up Pai Gow: Winning Fortune Bet of Full House or Better
c. EZ Baccarat: Winning Panda or Dragon Bet (Minimum $25 wager)

5. Winning participants will be provided eight (8) envelopes to choose from, displayed by a Table Games Team Member. For each qualifying hand, participants will select one (1) Lucky Red Envelope as their winning prizes.
a. Qualifying hands in the high limit room will award two (2) Lucky Red Envelopes, selected from the same eight (8) envelopes provided by the Table Games Team Member.

6. Each Lucky Red Envelope will contain an amount of cash ranging from $25-$500.

7. Table Games Team Members will confirm the winners and contact the assigned Cage Ops Team Member.
a. Once the winner’s identification and prize has been confirmed a Cage Ops Team Member will be responsible for making the payment to each winner.
b. Once the transaction is complete, the Table Games Team Member will log the winning participants Name, Player ID and prize amount.

8. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks for entries will be issued during this time.

9. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the prize is $2,000 or more a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S. If a 1099 is filed with the I.R.S, all prizes will be accumulated into the 1099.

10. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

11. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

12. Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.

a. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

13. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

14. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

15. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

16. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
