HIGH HANDS TRIFECTA

1) You must be 21 years of age or older to participate in this jackpot bonus and have a current government-issued picture identification.

2) Players may participate in Poker’s “High Hand Trifecta” jackpot bonus by actively playing in any jackpot eligible Hold’em or Omaha game.

3) Poker’s “High Hand Trifecta” jackpot bonus will run Monday through Sunday from 8:00AM to 12:00PM.

4) Poker’s “High Hand Trifecta” jackpot bonus will consist of four (4) high hand sessions each day:

a. 1st session – 8:00AM to 9:00AM
b. 2nd session – 9:00AM to 10:00AM
c. 3rd session – 10:00AM to 11:00AM
d. 4th session – 11:00AM to 12:00PM

5) A player may win a $50.00 prize by having the highest qualifying hand type at the end of each high hand session. A maximum of four (4) $50.00 prizes will be awarded at the end of each session.

6) Each session will consist of four (4) qualifying hand types. The qualifying hand types are as follows:

a. Hold’em
i. Flush
ii. Full House
iii. Quads or better

b. Omaha
i. Full house or better

7) Each day there will be an opportunity for Hold’em players to win an extra bonus “trifecta” prize of $300.00 by having the highest qualifying hand for each of the three (3) different hand types mentioned above (see rule 6). Multiple trifecta winners may occur.

8) In the event of a tie on any high hand sessions “trifecta” prize, players who tie on their hand(s) will share that prize. Qualifying hand type ties during a high hand session can only occur if players win with the same qualifying hand type at the exact same time. “trifecta” prize can only occur at the end of each high hand session.

9) Once the highest qualified hand type has been determined for that session, players making the same qualifying hand will not be eligible for the same cash prize. a. For example, ‘Player A’ makes an Ace High Flush at 9:30AM and then ‘Player B’ makes an Ace High Flush at 9:35AM. ‘Player A’ would be the only player entitled to the $50.00 cash prize for making the highest qualified hand type for that session.

10) Both hole cards must play for a hand to qualify in Hold’em. Hole cards must beat, and cannot tie the community cards on the board

11) The Poker clock is used as the official time for this Jackpot Bonus.

12) Your hand does not need to be the winning hand to qualify.

13) Players can win this Bonus in conjunction with a jackpot

14) In the event of not having the highest qualifying hand at the end of each session, prize(s) for that session will be forfeited and will not be carried over into the next session.

15) Players must be present to win. It is the responsibility of the player to be immediately present in the poker room and to make their presence known.

16) Players may win multiple times per the course of this jackpot bonus.

17) Jackpot bonus payouts will be paid from a Chip Runner’s Imprest Bank, as outlined in Policy and Procedure Chip Runner Imprest Bank ID: 333.

18) Any jackpot bonus money of $200.00 or less, won in hand-related play, will be added to the players stack at the table.

19) In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks will be issued during this time.

20) All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendars year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

21) Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot bonus winnings.

22) Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Club at Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission or the Sycuan Tribe, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

23) All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

24) Participation in this jackpot bonus constitutes agreement to the above rules of the giveaway.

25) Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or jackpot bonus rules and/or tampering with the jackpot bonus in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

26) Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
