High Hand Extravaganza

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan that would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan booth in the casino with current government-issued picture identification.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3. Players may participate in Poker’s “High Hand Extravaganza” promotion by actively playing in any No Limit Hold ‘em, Limit Hold’em, Omaha jackpot eligible Poker game.

4. “High Hand Extravaganza” jackpot bonus will consist of 12 high hand sessions.

5. The Poker clock or Poker Atlas High Hand Display is used as the official time for this Jackpot Bonus.

6. Players can win this Bonus in conjunction with a jackpot.

7. Limit Hold’em, No limit Hold’em, any full house or better. Omaha player may win a prize by having the highest eights full house or better. If no qualified hand was met, there will be a roll over add to the next session.

8. Both hole cards must play. If there are no winners for the last session (1130pm – 12am) when times expires, the session will be extended until the first qualifying high hand is made.

9. In the event of a tie, on any high hand session, the players who makes the highest hand first will win the prize. Hands that tie can only occur if players win with the same qualifying hand at the exact same time. If a tie occurs, players will split the prize amount.

10. Players must be present to win. It is the responsibility of the player to be immediately present in the poker room and to make their presence known.
a. If the player is not present, that prize will be forfeited.

11. Players may win multiple times per the course of this jackpot bonus.

12. Any Jackpot Bonus or Promotional money less than $201.00 won in hand-related play will be added to the player’s stack at the table. For No Limit, players can only apply promotional winnings up to the maximum buy in.

13. Promotion payouts will be paid from a Chip Runners’ imprest bank, as outlined in Policy and Procedure Chip Runner Imprest Bank ID: 333.

14. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar’s year’s prizes should total $2000 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.
Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for the free play offers, promotions, or promotion winnings.

15. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

16. Sycuan Tribal and team members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
a. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

17. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.

18. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the giveaway.

19. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

20. Sycuan management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
