FREEPLAY FOR A YEAR

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3. Beginning at 10:00am on Saturday, February 7, Club Sycuan members can swipe once per day to receive one (1) electronic entry in the “FREEplay for a Year” drawing. Slots, Table Games, Poker and Bingo participants can earn one (1) additional entry into the weekly “FREEplay for a Year” drawing for every twenty-five (25) points earned. Each Friday during the promotion, Slots, Table Games, Poker and Bingo participants can earn five (5) entries into “FREEplay for a Year” drawings for every twenty-five (25) points earned.

4. Club Sycuan members can swipe their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk throughout the Casino to check their entries and current point balances.

5. The number of additional entries issued is calculated through tracked play on the following dates:
a. 12:00am on Saturday, February 7 through 9:50pm on Friday, February 13
b. 12:00am on Saturday, February 14 through 9:50pm on Friday, February 20
c. 12:00am on Saturday, February 21 through 9:50pm on Friday, February 27

Qualification times for promotional entries are based on the removal time of a Club Sycuan Card from a gaming machine or when play time ends at the tables. The “FREEplay for a Year” drawing will close on the kiosks at 9:50pm each Friday and will re-open at 12:00am the following Saturday.

6. The electronic drawing drum will be emptied each Friday after the conclusion of the final drawing.

7. To activate electronic entries for the drawings, participants must check-in after 6:00pm each promotional day in February. Check-in will close at 9:50pm every Friday.

8. Participants can check-in by swiping their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk. Touch the “FREEplay for a Year” button to activate entries. The kiosk will show how many entries have been deposited. No printed entries will be issued to participants.

9. The electronic “FREEplay for a Year” drawings will take place on Friday, February 13, 20, and 27.

10. Electronic drawings will be conducted as follows:
a. Five (5) winners at 8:00pm
b. Five (5) winners at 9:00pm
c. Five (5) winners at 10:00pm

11. Participants can win only one (1) prize per day in the 8:00pm and 9:00pm drawings. All activated players (including those who previously won at 8:00pm or 9:00pm) will remain eligible for the Grand Finale drawing at 10:00pm each Friday.

12. Drawings will take place on the Promotions Stage. Participants must be present to win. Winners will have six (6) minutes to report to the drawing area once their name has been called.

13. If a winner cannot be located within six (6) minutes, a new winner will be selected until the appropriate number of winners has been identified for each drawing time.

14. Winners must provide current government-issued picture identification and their Club Sycuan card to verify their identity. Once their identity has been verified, they will be able to participate in the stage game.

15. For the 8:00pm and 9:00pm drawings, in order of arriving, winners will choose one (1) of five (5) game pieces on the Promotional Stage:
a. Two (2) $1,000 Slot FREEplay
b. Two (2) $1,500 Slot FREEplay
c. One (1) $2,000 Slot FREEplay

16. For the 10:00pm drawings, in order of arriving, winners will choose one (1) of five (5) game pieces on the Promotional Stage:
a. One (1) $1,000 Slot FREEplay
b. Two (2) $1,500 Slot FREEplay
c. One (1) $2,000 Slot FREEplay
d. One (1) FREEplay for a Year prize

17. The “FREEplay for a Year” prize equates to $2,500 in Slot FREEplay for twelve (12) months, February 2026 – January 2027; totaling $30,000 in Slot FREEplay. One (1) $2,500 FREEplay prize will be placed on the winner’s account the same night each winner is drawn. This first FREEplay prize will not expire.

18. On the first day of each of the subsequent eleven (11) months (e.g. March 1, April 1, etc.), the $2,500 Slot FREEplay prize will be placed on each winner’s account. The final prize will be awarded on Friday, January 1, 2027. These eleven (11) scheduled monthly FREEplay prizes will each expire after 14 days.

19. All Slot FREEplay prizes will be automatically placed on the winner’s account. No printed tickets or receipts will be issued to winners.

20. Slot FREEplay won in this promotion can only be used on slot machines and cannot be exchanged for Table Games PROMO or FREE-Bet chips.

21. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks for entries will be issued during this time.

22. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government imposed fees. If the prize is $2,000 or more a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S. If a 1099 is filed with the I.R.S, all prizes will be accumulated into the 1099.

23. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

24. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

25. Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
a. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

26. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

27. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

28. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

29. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
