FOOTBALL PLAYOFFS

1. Players must be 21 years of age or older to participate in this jackpot bonus.

2. Players may participate in Poker’s “Football Fever Playoffs” jackpot bonus by actively playing in any jackpot eligible poker game.

3. Poker’s “Football Fever Playoffs” jackpot bonus will run during televised NFL post season football games during the Wild Card round, Divisional Playoff round, and the Conference Championship game which are scheduled to start at (12pm pacific standard time or later) on the following:
a. Saturday, January 10, 2026 (2 games 1:30pm and 5:00pm start times)
b. Sunday, January 11, 2026 (2 games 1:30pm and 5:15pm start times)
c. Monday, January 12, 2026 (1 game, 5:15pm start time)
d. Saturday January 17, 2025 (2 games 1:30pm and 5:15pm start times)
e. Sunday, January 18, 2026 (2 games 12pm and 3:30pm start time)
f. Sunday, January 25, 2026 (2 games 12pm and 3:30pm start times)

4. At the Poker Manager’s discretion, selected games outlined in Rule 3 may be switched or scheduled to run outside of the aforementioned specified parameters to accommodate for certain circumstances including but not limited to the following:
a. The NFL making minor or major modifications or adjustments to the post season schedule such as:
i. Game cancellations
ii. Time change
iii. Untelevised games
iv. Games added to the schedule
v. Holidays

5. In the event of a football game occurring during Poker’s regularly scheduled Promotion, that Promotion will be postponed until immediately after the conclusion of the last football game of that day.

6. A “cash splash” is money added to the main pot by the house before a hand begins.

7. $50.00 cash splashes will be awarded under the following circumstances:
a. Any game that starts before Noon will not be considered for this promotion
b. Afternoon and Evening games are the only games eligible for this promotion
c. Three (3) cash splashes will be given away for every Field Goal
d. Seven (7) cash splashes will be given away for every Touch Down
e. All jackpot eligible tables will receive a cash splash for a Safety

8. In the event of technical difficulties, the bonus will run only if regular updated can be obtained by some other method at the Poker Manager’s discretion.

9. In the event that the football game occurring during Poker’s regularly scheduled Promotion, that Promotion will be postponed until immediately after the conclusion of that football game.

10. Qualifying tables will be drawn by computer program after each field goal and touchdown is confirmed.

11. In the event of computer malfunction or lack of computer access, cards or plaques (or other available devices designated by Sycuan Poker Management) clearly denoted with table numbers of eligible tables will be drawn by a Sycuan Poker Room representative.

12. A returning player will be considered eligible if they can be dealt in at the time that the cash splash gets to the table.

13. A new player being seated in a game must have been dealt in before the time of the drawing to be eligible to win any cash splashes.

14. In the event that the number of qualifying tables equals the number of cash splashes, each table will receive a cash splash.

15. When the number of cash splashes exceeds the number of qualifying tables, each table will receive a cash splash, and tables will be drawn for the remaining cash splashes.

16. If any table receives multiple cash splashes, the cash splash will be added to different, successive hands played.

17. In the event of a Poker Jackpot, the player with the winning hand will receive their jackpot share in addition to Poker’s “Football Fever Playoffs” jackpot bonus prize.

18. Players may win multiple times over the course of this bonus.

19. Jackpot bonus and promotional payouts will be paid from a Chip Runner’s Imprest Bank, as outlined in Policy and Procedure Chip Runner Imprest Bank ID: 333.

20. Any Jackpot Bonus or Promotional money of $200.00 or less, won in hand-related play, will be added to the players stack at the table.

21. All winners are responsible for any other applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other governmentimposed fees. If the cumulative totals of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600.00 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

22. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

23. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

24. Sycuan Tribal and team members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
a. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

25. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.

26. Participation in this bonus constitutes agreement to the above rules of the giveaway.

27. Sycuan management has the right to modify or cancel this jackpot bonus at any time without advance notice.
