Official Rules
1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification.
2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.
3. Beginning at 10:00am on Sunday, March 1. Table Games participants can earn one (1) entry into the “Flush with Cash” drawing for every twenty-five (25) table games points earned. Each Sunday during the promotion, Table Games participants can earn five (5) entries into “Flush with Cash” drawings for every twenty-five (25) points earned.
4. Club Sycuan members can swipe their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk throughout the Casino to check their entries and current point balances.
5. The number of entries issued is calculated through tracked play on the following dates:
a. 12:00am on Sunday, March 1 through 9:20pm on Sunday, March 22.
Qualification times for promotional entries are based on when play time ends at the tables. The “Flush with Cash” drawing will close on the kiosks at 9:20pm on Sunday, March 22
6. The electronic drawing drum will be emptied after the conclusion of the final drawing.
7. To activate electronic entries for the drawings, participants must check-in after 5:30pm on the promotional day. Check-in will close at 9:20pm.
8. Participants can check-in by swiping their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk. Touch the “Flush with Cash” button to activate entries. The kiosk will show how many entries have been deposited. No printed entries will be issued to participants.
9. The electronic “Flush with Cash” drawings will take place on Sunday, March 22.
10. Electronic drawings will be conducted as follows:
a. Five (5) winners at 7:30pm
b. Five (5) winners at 8:30pm
c. Five (5) winners at 9:30pm
11. Participants can win only one (1) prize on the promotional day.
12. Drawings will take place on the Promotions Stage. Participants must be present to
win. Winners will have six (6) minutes to report to the drawing area once their name
has been called.
13. If a winner cannot be located within six (6) minutes, a new winner will be selected
until the appropriate number of winners has been identified for each drawing time.
14. Winners must provide current government-issued picture identification and their Club
Sycuan card to verify their identity. Once their identity has been verified, they will be
able to participate in the stage game.
15. For the drawings, in order of arriving, winners will choose one (1) of five (5) game
pieces on the Promotional Stage:
a. One (1) Ten of Diamonds = $250 FREEplay Chips
b. One (1) Jack of Diamonds = $500 FREEplay Chips
c. One (1) Queen of Diamonds = $1,000 FREEplay Chips
d. One (1) King of Diamonds = $1,500 FREEplay Chips
e. One (1) Ace of Diamonds = $4,000 FREEplay Chips
16. All FREEplay Chip prizes will be automatically placed on the winner’s account. No
printed tickets or receipts will be issued to winners.
17. FREEplay Chips won in this promotion can only be used on table games and cannot
be exchanged for Slot FREEplay.
18. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may
temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks for
entries will be issued during this time.
19. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and
other government imposed fees. If the prize is $2,000 or more a 1099 will be filed
with the I.R.S. If a 1099 is filed with the I.R.S, all prizes will be accumulated into the
1099.
20. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or
jackpot winnings.
21. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan
Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All
licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot
participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at
Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion
team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.
22. Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
a. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.
23. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.
24. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.
25. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.
26. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
