CLUB SYCUAN NEW MEMBER PROGRAM

1. This promotion is open to new Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are currently members of Club Sycuan are not eligible to participate. Sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with current government-issued identification. Additional identification required for Club Sycuan Valor Card holders.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3. Upon joining Club Sycuan, new Club Sycuan members must provide a valid email and phone number in order to receive a “New Member” prize of their choice: $10 Slot FREEplay or $10 in FREEplay Chips. The valid email and phone number must be provided at the time of signing up for a new Club Sycuan account.

a. Beginning Monday, September 2, new Club Sycuan members who provide a valid email and phone number when signing up will also receive a Sycuan Sunshade as part of the New Member promotion.

4. Upon finalizing information at a Club Sycuan desk, Slot FREEplay will take twenty (20) minutes to activate on a participants account. Activation will take place automatically, and a participant will need to access their Slot FREEplay via a slot machine. FREEplay chips will be loaded to the guests account, and can be redeemed at any Sycuan Casino Resort cash cage.

5. A maximum of one prize may be awarded per new member.
6. Slot FREEplay won during this promotion is valid until 11:59PM the following day. FREEplay Chip must be redeemed by 11:59PM the following day.

7. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend issuing points until the problem is resolved. No rain checks for points will be issued during this time.

8. All winners are responsible for any other applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

9. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

10. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission or the Sycuan Tribe, as well as Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

11. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

12. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

13. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

14. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
