CLUB SYCUAN NEW MEMBER PROGRAM

1. This promotion is open to new Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are currently members of Club Sycuan are not eligible to participate. Sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with current government-issued identification. Additional identification required for Club Sycuan Valor Card holders.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3. Upon joining Club Sycuan, new Club Sycuan members must provide a valid email and phone number at the time of signing up in order to be able to participate in the “New Member” kiosk promotion.

4. At the time of providing a valid email and phone number and finalizing their new Club Sycuan member account creation, new members will be directed to any kiosk on the casino floor to swipe their card and participate in the “New Member” kiosk promotion.

5. New Club Sycuan members who provide a valid email and phone number when signing up will also receive a Sycuan Sunshade (valued at $1.00) as part of the New Member promotion.
a. Sycuan Sunshades may be given out to existing members at management’s discretion.

6. Upon finalizing information at a Club Sycuan desk, New Club Sycuan members will be directed to swipe at any Club Sycuan kiosk on the gaming floor.

7. Once the “New Member” kiosk game is activated, the participants will be prompted to spin the wheel and it will land on their prize.

8. The “New Member” kiosk game is for entertainment purposes only. The actual prize awarded is generated randomly at the time of the initial swipe made by the participants, not by the choice made by the participant during the game.

9. A maximum of one prize may be awarded per new member.

10. Slot FREEplay prizes range from $10-$1,000.

11. Slot FREEplay won during this promotion will not expire. All FREEplay prizes will automatically placed on the participant’s account. No printed tickets will be issued for FREEplay prizes.

12. If a participant wins the $10,000 Cash prize, a ticket will print from the machine. Guests will be prompted to take the receipt to a Club Desk to claim their prize.

13. A Club Sycuan Team Member will request a current government-issued picture identification and Club Sycuan membership card from the cash winner.
a. Once the winner’s identification has been confirmed, the Club Sycuan or Marketing Team Member will have the winner sign a Winner’s Log and W-9 (cash prizes only).
b. An offer for the $10,000 Cash prize will be manually added to the winners account for redemption at the Cash Cage.
c. Once the necessary paperwork is in order, the Club Sycuan Team Member will take the winner to the Cash Cage to make the payout. The Cage Ops Team Member and Club Sycuan Team Member will sign the Winner’s Log confirming the transaction has been made.

14. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved.

15. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government imposed fees. If the prize is $2,000 or more a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S. If a 1099 is filed with the I.R.S, all prizes will be accumulated into the 1099.

16. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

17. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

18. Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
a. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

19. This set of rules will override any other set of approved rules for New Member Promotions.

20. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

21. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

22. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

23. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
