Valor Members July 4th FREEplay Promotion

1. This promotion is open to current Club Sycuan Valor, members only. Qualifying guests who are not yet Valor members of Club Sycuan that would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3. To participate, Valor Club Sycuan members can swipe their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk throughout the casino from Noon through 10:00pm on Saturday, July 4. Qualifying guests can participate once in this promotion.

4. Once the “Valor 4th” game is activated on the kiosk, the participant will be prompted to touch an item on the screen and their prize will appear. Prizes range from $10.00 to $250.00.

5. All FREEplay prizes will be automatically placed on the participant’s account. No printed tickets or receipts will be issued to the winners.

6. Slot FREEplay won during this promotion will not expire.

7. Slot FREEplay won in this promotion can only be used on slot machines and cannot be exchanged for Table Games FREEplay chips.

8. The kiosk game is for entertainment purposes only. The actual prize awarded is generated randomly at the time of the initial swipe made by the participant not by the choice made by the participant during the game.

9. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks will be issued during this time.

10. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government imposed fees. If the prize is $2,000 or more a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S. If a 1099 is filed with the I.R.S, all prizes will be accumulated into the 1099.

Sycuan Poker’s “4th of July Tumbler Giveaway” Promotion

Official Rules

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan that would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan booth in the Casino.

2. Players must be 21 years of age or older and have a government-issued picture identification to be a Club Sycuan member and participate in this promotion.

3. Players may participate in Poker’s “4th of July Tumbler Giveaway” promotion by playing in any jackpot eligible poker game.

4. Poker’s “4th of July Tumbler Giveaway” promotion will run on Saturday, July 4, 2026 starting at 11:00am.

5. A total of three hundred (300) tumblers will be distributed for this promotion. Two hundred (200) tumblers will be available to players participating in jackpot- eligible cash games (minimum of (1) hour of play required), and one hundred (100) tumblers will be reserved for players for the 11:00am poker tournament on the July 4th, 2026.

6. Limit one (1) tumbler per eligible Club Sycuan member while supplies last.

7. Consolation prizes will not be offered once all supplies have been exhausted.

8. A Poker Representative will enter the guest’s Player ID into the Club Sycuan program and redeem the offer through the ‘Giveaways’ tab.

3. To qualify, participants must earn two-hundred and fifty (250) slot points on each promotional day beginning at 5:00pm, and must be actively playing on a slot machine using their Club Sycuan membership card. Qualification times for promotional points are based on the removal time of a Club Sycuan Card from gaming machine.

4. The Hot Seat Drawings will be conducted every hour, from 6:00pm – 12:00am for a total of seven (7) drawings each promotional day.

5. At each drawing time, a designated Club Sycuan or Marketing representative will use the Hot Seat application software to electronically draw one (1) Black or Diamond Club Sycuan card member and one (1) Club Sycuan member from any tier at random every hour for a total of fourteen (14) winners each promotional day.

7. The Club Sycuan or Marketing Team Member will request a current government-issued picture identification and Club Sycuan membership card from each winner.
a. Once the winner’s identification and prize has been confirmed, the Club Sycuan or Marketing Team Member will have the winner sign a Winner’s Log and W-9.
b. Once the necessary paperwork is in order, the Cage Ops Team Member will be responsible for making the cash payment to each winner. The Cage Ops Team Member and Club Sycuan or Marketing Team Member will sign the Winner’s Log confirming the transaction has been made.

8. Participants can win two (2) cash prizes each promotional day. They must be playing to qualify at the time the hot seat winner is drawn. If the winner can’t be located at the drawn slot machine location, a new winner will be drawn until a winner is verified.

1. This promotion is open to all Bingo players with a minimum buy-in for each Bingo session on Saturday, July 4, 2026.

2. If a player has a valid bingo on a number ending in 4, including B4, they will receive an additional cash payout in addition to their regular winnings:

Popping PHD Table Drawings July 4, 2026

1.This promotion is open to all Bingo players that have a minimum buy‐in for each individual Bingo session being played on July 4, 2026. This promotion will apply to all Bingo sessions (Excluding BAD Bingo).

2. Drawing cards individually labeled with table rows 1-8 ABCD & 7E will be inserted in to red foam balls and placed in the drawing barrel.

3. A volunteer will be chosen to draw a red foam ball from the drawing barrel containing a table row for the PHD drawing.

4. Four (4) separate table rows will be drawn. Once the table row is drawn the drawing card will be set aside and is now invalid for the next drawing.

5. 147 Level 1 Regular Game cards will be awarded to the entire table row the volunteer has drawn. Multiple Buy-Ins do not constitute multiple free electronic Regular Game cards.

6. The winning table row receiving the free electronic Regular Game cards must have a Bingo buy-in (Paper or Electronic). The receipt will be verified before receiving the free electronic Regular Game cards.

7. Drawings will take place before the Matinee sessions begin and before the Double Take Jackpot during the Evening session.

8. Each player at the winning tables drawn will receive free electronic PHD cards for the entire session.

9. Prior to the drawing electronic receipts will be generated.
