CASH STACKS

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3. Slots participants can earn one (1) entry into the “Cash Stacks Slot Drawings” for every twenty-five (25) points earned. Each Friday during the promotion, Slots participants can earn five (5) entries into “Cash Stacks Slot Drawings” for every twenty-five (25) points earned.

4. Club Sycuan members can swipe their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk throughout the Casino to check their entries and current point balances.

5. The number of entries issued is calculated through tracked play on the following dates:
a. 12:00am on Saturday, March 28 through 9:50pm on Friday, April 3
b. 12:00am on Saturday, April 4 through 9:50pm on Friday, April 10
c. 12:00am on Saturday, April 11 through 9:50pm on Friday, April 17

6. Qualification times for promotional entries are based on the removal time of a Club Sycuan Card from a gaming machine. The “Cash Stacks Slot Drawings” will close on the kiosks at 9:50pm each Friday during the promotion and will re-open at 12:00am the following Saturday.

7. The electronic drawing drum will be emptied each drawing day after the conclusion of the final drawing, each drawing date.

8. To activate electronic entries for the drawings, participants must check-in after 6:00pm each drawing date during the promotional period. Check-in will close at 9:50pm every drawing date.

9. Participants can check-in by swiping their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk. Touch the “Cash Stacks Slot Drawings” button to activate entries. The kiosk will show how many entries have been deposited. No printed entries will be issued to participants.

10. The electronic “Cash Stacks Slot Drawings” will take place on Friday, April 3, 10 and 17.

11. Electronic drawings will be conducted as follows:
a. Five (5) winners at 8:00pm
b. Five (5) winners at 8:30pm
c. Five (5) winners at 9:00pm
d. Five (5) winners at 9:30pm
e. Five (5) winners at 10:00pm

12. Participants can only win one (1) prize per day.

13. Drawings will take place at the Lobby Bar Stage. Participants must be present to win. Winners will have six (6) minutes to report to the drawing area once their name has been called.

14. If a winner cannot be located within six (6) minutes, a new winner will be selected until the appropriate number of winners has been identified for each drawing time.

15. Winners must provide current government-issued picture identification and their Club Sycuan card to verify their identity. Once their identity has been verified, they will be able to participate in the stage game.

16. Each verified winner will get to punch a single slot on the punchboard to win between $500-$20,000 Cash.

17. The Punchboard slots will be filled with the following prizes, all in cash:
i. (1) $20,000 Cash
ii. (1) $10,000 Cash
iii. (3) $5,000 Cash
iv. (5) $3,000 Cash
v. (5) $2,500 Cash
vi. (5) $2,000 Cash
vii. (10) $1,000 Cash
viii. (10) $500 Cash

18. The Club Sycuan or Marketing Team Member will request a current government-issued picture identification and Club Sycuan membership card from each cash winner.
a. Once the winner’s identification and prize has been confirmed, the Club Sycuan or Marketing Team Member will have the winner sign a Winner’s Log and W-9 (cash prizes only).
b. If a winner is a non-resident of the United States, a Club Sycuan or Marketing Team Member will request a Tax ID #. If the winner cannot provide a Tax ID #, a 1042-S must be filled out at the time the winner’s identification is taken to the Cage for verification and a complete Resort Advantage account must be confirmed. The mandatory withholdings will be taken for tax purposes by the Cage Ops Team Member and returned to the Cage that is in possession of the 1042-S.
c. Once the necessary paperwork is in order, the Cage Ops Team Member will be responsible for making the cash payment to each winner. The Cage Ops Team Member and Club Sycuan or Marketing Team Member will sign the Winner’s Log confirming the transaction has been made.

19. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks for entries will be issued during this time.

20. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government imposed fees. If the prize is $2,000 or more a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S. If a 1099 is filed with the I.R.S, all prizes will be accumulated into the 1099.

21. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

22. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

23. Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
a. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

24. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

25. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

26. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

27. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
