1) This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification.

2) You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3) Players may participate in Poker’s “Cash Back” promotion by actively playing in any jackpot eligible Hold’em or Omaha poker game.

4) Players can begin earning time during each monthly qualifying period:
a. January 1 – January 30, 2025
b. February 3 – February 27 2025
c. March 3 –March 27, 2025
d. April 1 – April 30, 2025
e. May 1 – May 29, 2025
f. June 2, – June 30, 2025
g. July 1, – July 31, 2025
h. August 4, – August 28, 2025
i. September 1, – September 30, 2025
j. October 1, – October 30, 2025
k. November 3, – November 27, 2025
l. December 1, – December 31, 2025

5) A Player’s total earned time will be calculated only during their play on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday from 12:00am to 11:59pm during the qualifying period.

6) Players will not earn time while walking away from their game. A minimum of 50% of the hours played must be done in jackpot eligible games.

7) It is the player’s responsibility to present their Club Sycuan card to the dealer when being seated in a Poker game or changing tables. If a player needs a card made, a Poker Representative will assist.

8) A player will earn the following reward based on the hours of play within the qualifying period. Players are eligible for one reward only.
a. $100.00 – between 35-54.9 hours of play
b. $200.00 – between 55-69.9 hours of play
c. $300.00 – between 70-84.9 hours of play
d. $400.00 – between 85-99.9 hours of play
e. $500.00 – 100+ hours of play

9) A player’s reward can only be redeemed at the Poker Cage during their normal hours of operation on the following dates starting at 10am on the first day of each redemption period:
a. For January Hours: February 7 – February 16, 2025
b. For February Hours: March 7 – March 16, 2025
c. For March Hours: April 4 – April 13 2025
d. For April Hours: May 3 – May 11, 2025
e. For May Hours: June 6 – June 15, 2025
f. For June Hours: July 4 – July 13, 2025
g. For July Hours: August 1 – August 10, 2025
h. For August Hours: September 5 – September 14, 2025
i. For September Hours: October 3 – October 12, 2025
j. For October Hours: November 7 – November 16, 2025
k. For November Hours: December 5 – December 14, 2025
l. For December Hours: January 2 – January 11, 2026

10) If a guest is unable to claim their “Cash Back” incentive during the approved collection period due to extenuating circumstances, the Poker Manager or above may approve the payout after the time frame listed.

11) All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600.00 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

12) Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

13) Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission or the Sycuan Tribe, as well as Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the Poker Representative that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

14) All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

15) Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the giveaway.

16) Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

17) Sycuan management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
