CASCADING CASH
HOT SEAT DRAWINGS

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to be a Club Sycuan member and participate in this promotion.

3. Cascading Cash Hot Seats will run on Sundays, May 31 and June 14. Drawings will take place every hour, on the half-hour, from 2:30pm-8:30pm for a total of seven (7) drawings on each promotional day.

4. To qualify, a participant must be actively playing at any Table Game and checked into the BRAVO player tracking system.
a. The Digital Craps table is excluded from this promotion.

5. At each drawing time, a designated Table Games or Marketing Team Member will use the Hot Seat application software to electronically draw two (2) winning names at random for a total of fourteen (14) winning names on each promotional day.

6. The drawn winners will win the following cash prizes:
• Black card Club Sycuan winners = $4,000 Cash
• Diamond card Club Sycuan winners = $2,000 Cash
• Elite card Club Sycuan winners = $1,000 Cash
• Platinum and Gold card Club Sycuan winners = $500 Cash

7. Participants can win two (2) cash prizes, with the exception of the $200 Cascading Cash prize. They must be playing to qualify at the time the hot seat winner is drawn. If the winner can’t be located at the drawn table and seat location, a new winner will be drawn until a winner is verified.

8. Club Sycuan members seated at the same table, actively playing using their Club Sycuan card, will each be awarded $200 Cash. Club Sycuan members must be seated and actively playing with their Club Sycuan card at the time the initial winner’s information is being confirmed. If no one is seated at the same table as the winner, the $200 Cash prize will not be awarded.

9. Club Sycuan members are only eligible to win one (1) prize per hour.
a. Should both winners be drawn from the same table, other Club Sycuan members will only receive one (1) $200 Cascading Cash prize, and the drawn winners will not win the $200 Cascading Cash prize.

10. If a guest is actively playing a table but does not have a Club Sycuan membership, they may join Club Sycuan if they meet Club Sycuan requirements, to claim the Cash prize. Guests who decline to join Club Sycuan will forfeit the Cash prize.

11. If the drawn winner(s) are not present or deemed ineligible, another winner will be drawn using the Hot Seat application software until the appropriate number of winners is verified for each drawing time.

12. Participants must provide current government – issued picture identification and their Club Sycuan membership card to verify their identity. Once their identity has been verified, they will receive their prize

13. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved.

14. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $2,000 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

15. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

16. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

17. Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
a. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

18. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

19. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules.

20. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

21. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
