Rules
1. The “Spin the Wheel” game will occur during the Evening Session after the Late Game Special.
2. A Bingo buy-in receipt is required to participate in the “Spin the Wheel” game. Seats are limited to availability on the day of the event.
3. Players may purchase “Spin the Wheel” Game cards on PhD, MaxPak, or paper. A maximum of 2,000 cards can be played per electronic unit.
4. The winning player(s) must have the last number called for valid Bingo. Bingo numbers will be confirmed before the prize is awarded.
5. If there is more than one winner, the wheel spin amount will be split evenly among all verified winners. The winners will decide among themselves who will spin the wheel. If they are unable to agree, Bingo management will pick the winner to spin the wheel.
6. The player will spin the wheel, and when it comes to a complete stop, the one space that the ticker occupies will determine the player’s prize. The wheel must make at least two complete revolutions to be considered official. Only if the ticker is stuck between two prizes will the player spin again.
7. 24 prizes are displayed on the wheel. Amounts available are as follows:
a. 1 slot – $100,000
b. 2 slots – $50,000
c. 6 slots – $25,000
d. 7 slots – $15,000
e. 8 slots – $10,000
8. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.
9. The player must show Government issued ID and Club Sycuan card to claim the prize for record purposes. Bingo Management will fill out a winner’s log and send to accounting.
10. All promotions are open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan that would like to participate in any promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino.
11. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture ID, to become a Club Sycuan member. You must have an initial Bingo buy-in to participate in bingo promotions.
12. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.
13. Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
a. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.
14. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.
15. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.
16. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.
17. Bingo management has the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without advance notice.
