Hot Seat Drawings

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3. To qualify, participants must earn two-hundred and fifty (250) slot points on each promotional day, beginning at 5:00pm and must be actively playing on a slot machine using their Club Sycuan membership card. Qualification times for promotional points are based on the removal time of a Club Sycuan Card from gaming machine.

4. The Hot Seat Drawings will be conducted every hour, from 6:00pm – 12:00am for a total of seven (7) drawings each promotional day.

5. At each drawing time, a designated Club Sycuan or Marketing representative will use the Hot Seat application software to electronically draw one (1) Black or Diamond Club Sycuan card member and one (1) Club Sycuan member from any tier at random every hour for a total of fourteen (14) winners each promotional day.

6. The qualified participants seated, actively playing with their Club Sycuan membership card at the winning slot machines will each win the following cash prizes:

a. Black card Club Sycuan winners: $2,500 Cash
b. Diamond card Club Sycuan winners: $1,500 Cash
c. Elite card Club Sycuan winners: $1,000 Cash
d. Platinum/Gold card Club Sycuan winners: $500 Cash

7. The Club Sycuan or Marketing Team Member will request a current government-issued picture identification and Club Sycuan membership card from each winner.
a. Once the winner’s identification and prize has been confirmed, the Club Sycuan or Marketing Team Member will have the winner sign a Winner’s Log and W-9.
b. Once the necessary paperwork is in order, the Cage Ops Team Member will be responsible for making the cash payment to each winner. The Cage Ops Team Member and Club Sycuan or Marketing Team Member will sign the Winner’s Log confirming the transaction has been made.

8. Participants can win two (2) cash prizes each promotional day. They must be playing to qualify at the time the hot seat winner is drawn. If the winner can’t be located at the drawn slot machine location, a new winner will be drawn until a winner is verified.

9. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved.

10. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government imposed fees. If the prize is $2,000 or more a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S. If a 1099 is filed with the I.R.S, all prizes will be accumulated into the 1099.

11. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

12. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

13. Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
a. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

14. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

15. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

16. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

17. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
