Sycuan Poker’s “Poker League” Jackpot Bonus July 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the casino with a valid government-issued picture identification.

2. Players must be 21 years of age or older to participate in “Poker League”.

3. Poker’s “Poker League” can take place any day or night (at Management’s discretion).

4. If a tournament that is eligible for this promotion has less than 4 players at the start, the tournament may be canceled. Management reserves the right to cancel any tournament at their discretion.

a. a. If the tournament is canceled, all money will be refunded and no points will be rewarded for the “Poker League” promotion.

5. Players have earned points based on their finishes in each tournament offered at Sycuan Casino. The top 30 players with the most points during the qualifying period will receive prizes according to their rankings.

6. Payouts for the “Poker League”:

• 1st – $1,700

• 2nd – $1,600

• 3rd – $ 1,600

• 4th – $ 1,200

• 5th – $ 1,200

• 6th – $ 1,200

• 7th – $ 1,000

• 8th – $ 1,000

• 9th – $1,000

• 10th – $1,000

• 11th – $750

• 12th – $750

• 14th – $750

7. This “Poker League” Jackpot bonus will have a $20,000 guarantee payout. Dates are listed for the quarter:

• July 1, 2026 – September 28, 2026- Summer Poker League

• October 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026- Fall Poker League

8. This promotion’s point system is based and will be calculated from all regular tournaments offered at Sycuan Casino.

9. In the case of a tie for a spot, the tie breaker will be the number of tournaments played during the qualifying rounds. If both players have identical points and number of tournaments, both players will share two paying spots. Ex. 6th and 7th – two players will split $2200.

10. If two players bust out of the tournament with the same number of chips, both players will share two spots. Ex. 6th and 7th place in the 4-10 entries bracket. Both players will receive 23 points.

11. Players must have chips in play to receive placement points and will only be eligible to be rewarded at the end of level 4. Example: 7 players enter, but player number 7 goes broke before the end of level 4 and does not re-enter. We will use our point structure, but will only award points for places 1-6 because only six players are still alive at the end of level 4. Player number 7 will only receive his 5 points for registration.

12. In the case the players want to chop the prize pool, the points will be rewarded based upon the highest chip count.

13. Each tournament will reward points following the Point system:

14. Players earn ten (10) point each time they enter a tournament) Ten (10) additional point for re-entries into a tournament. Re-buy and Add-On do not earn points.

15. Players have 10 days to claim their winnings starting on the first Monday of the month. If a guest is unable to claim their “Poker League” money during the approved collection period due to extenuating circumstances, the Poker Manager or above may approve the payout after the time mentioned.

16. Players points will be tracked in a spreadsheet for transparency and safe record keeping.

17. Poker’s “Poker League” Promotion structure is as follows:

a. Each level is determined by management

b. Breaks at Management discretion.

c. Late entries will be dealt in immediately (do not have to wait for the blinds) and will receive a

d. All players with a paid seat will have their chips put in play. At the conclusion of the

registration period, all paid entries (including alternates) who have yet to be seated will be

assigned a seat and their chips will be put into play.

e. Management decisions are final and without recourse.

18. All T.D.A. and All Policies and Procedures as stated in P&P ID: 319 for Poker tournaments and Poker operations Sycuan “Poker League” Jackpot Bonus (including general tournament rules, bank controls, deck controls, and record keeping) will remain applicable.

19. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government or internationally imposed fees.

20. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

1. 21. Sycuan Tribal and team members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation. a. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

22. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

23. Participation in this promotion constitutes an agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

24. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or tournament rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

25. Sycuan management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
