NEW YEAR’S DAY TOURNAMENT

Sycuan Poker’s “Holiday 2K GTD” Tournament
January 1, 2026- December 31, 2026
Official Rules1. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this tournament.

2. Poker will hold a special Holiday 2K GTD No Limit Hold’em Tournaments on the following days:

• 1/1 New Years
• 2/16 Presidents Day
• 4/5 Easter
• 5/25 Memorial Day
• 6/19 Juneteenth
• 7/4 Independence Day
• 9/7 Labor Day
• 10/12 Indigenous Day
• 11/11 Veterans Day

3. Guests may participate in Poker’s Holiday 2K GTD No Limit Tournament” by registering at the Poker Cage. Buy-in for each $50 will be distributed as follows:
a. $30 will go towards the prize pool
b. $20 Entry fee

4. Starting chips 10,000 in tournament Chips. Players can Re-buy $20 for 10,000 in tournament chips any time they have 10,000 or less in chips. Add on at the end of level 4 for $20 for 20,000 in tournament chips to be added to their stack.

5. No bonus chips will be offered for early entry.

6. Holiday 2K GTD tournament will have a $2000 guarantee prize pool.

7. The first Fifty (50) players that register for the Holiday 2K GTD will receive a Sycuan Cooler for New Years, 1/1/2026

8. Poker’s “Holiday 2K GTD” structure is as follows:
a. Each level is determined by management
b. Breaks at Management discretion.
c. This is a re-buy event. Re-buy and Add-on’s are allowed until the start of level five (5)
e. Late entries will be dealt in immediately (do not have to wait for the blinds) and will receive a full starting stack.
f. All players with a paid seat will have their chips put in play. At the conclusion of the registration period, all paid entries (including alternates) who have yet to be seated will be assigned a seat and their chips will be put into play.
g. This tournament will seat up to 9-players per table.
h. Management decisions are final and without recourse.

9. All TDA rules and Sycuan Policies and Procedures as stated in P&P ID: 319 for Poker tournaments and Poker operations (including general tournament rules, bank controls, deck controls, and record keeping) will remain applicable

10. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

11. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks will be issued during this time.

12. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming Commission, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

13. Sycuan Tribal and team members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
a. Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will not be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

14. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

15. Sycuan management has the right to modify or cancel this event at any time without advance notice. Participation in this tournament constitutes agreement to the tournament rules. Decisions of Poker management are final.
