1. You must be 21 years of age or older to participate in this jackpot bonus and have a current government-issued picture identification.

2. “Double Pay Mega Quads” will run during the overlap between Mega Quads and Padres games
a. For example, Mega Quads runs on Wednesdays from Noon to Midnight. If there is a Padres game on a Wednesday starting at 6:45PM, Double Mega Quads will only be active from 6:45PM until the end of the game.
b. If Mega Quads is not active during a Padres game, Double Mega Quads will not be active.

3. This Jackpot Bonus does not include Jackpots or Cash Back Hours played.

4. A player wins the “Double Mega Quads” jackpot bonus prize by making qualifying hands while playing in any jackpot eligible poker game. The player must have a pocket pair in their hand and they must flop 4 of a kind. Example. Player
A has pocket kings in their hand. The three cards are the flop come out 2, K, K. Hands that make quads on the turn or river cards will not be eligible for this jackpot.

5. All approved Mega Quad Jackpot bonus rules will apply to the “Double Mega Quads” jackpot bonus.

6. In the event of a technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks will be issued during this time.

7. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.
