October Free Gift Day Upgrade
October 13 & October 14, 2024
Official Rules

1. This promotion is open to invited Club Sycuan Members only.

2. To participate in this promotion, Club Sycuan members must qualify for the Free Gift Day offer on Thursday, October 17.

3. Based off play, a group of invited guests (Group A) will receive two (2) gift options with their Free Gift Day offer.
a. Gift Options ($35 value)
i. 8-CUP ELECTRIC FOOD CHOPPER
ii. CUISINART 12PC KNIFE SET
4. Group A will have the opportunity to upgrade their offer by earning a minimum of two-thousand (2,000) total points between Sunday, October 13 at 12:00am through Monday, October 14 at 3:00am to receive four (4) upgraded gift options.
a. Upgraded Gifts Options ($60 value)
i. ELITE GOURMET 3-TRAY BUFFET SERVER
ii. GEORGE FOREMAN GRILL
iii. CUISINART SOHO 5-CUP COFFEE MAKER

6. Group B will have the opportunity to upgrade their offer by earning a minimum of three-thousand (3,000) total points between Sunday, October 13 at 12:00am through Monday, October 14 at 3:00am to receive two (2) upgraded gift options.
a. Upgraded Gift Options ($100 value)
i. MAGIC BULLET KITCHEN EXPRESS
ii. EMERIL LAGASSE POWER GRILL 360

7. If a qualified guest earns the Upgrade, they may choose one (1) of the upgraded gift options on October 17, 2024.

8. Participating in the Upgrade is optional. Invited guests who don’t participate may choose one (1) of their original gift options.

9. Qualification times for promotional points are based on the removal time of a Club Sycuan Card from gaming machine or when play-time ends at the tables. Points earned on the Digital Craps table will not be included in this promotion.

10. Club Sycuan members must provide current government-issued picture identification to verify their identity when redeeming their offer. Offer is non-transferable. No rain checks will be issued. Items have no cash value and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

11. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks for offers will be issued during this time.

12. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

13. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions, or jackpot winnings.

14. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Club at Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission or the Sycuan Tribe, as well as Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

15. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

16. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

17. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

18. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
